She was friendly, bubbly, polite and very accommodating. I have a particular dietary need, Jenny went out of her way to find out if what I wanted to eat was suitable for me. She was calm and very patient. The food was good too!

So glad I found this place! Every time I order crepaes or cappuccino here, I always enjoy it as if for the first time. Always fresh food. Very tasty milk cocktail with ice cream. So it's not cheap, but the pleasure is worth paying more for. There are many other places to simply throw something into your stomach quickly and inexpensively. Thanks to the girls and Wendy for the hospitality.
Food was amazing. Jenni and Lou were amazing and provided great customer service. Would definitely recommend

Great place to eat. Really friendly and welcoming staff - Maisie in particular. Crepes were delicious and really good coffee too! We will be back.

I recently tried the Nutella waffles and All day breakfast. The food was good but a bit pricey for what was offered.
I have been a big fan since they opened.(2015 ish?) It's my number one spot for a Mother/Daughter lunch date. Between my autistic child and the hoardes of vulnerable service users I have brought in here it is the best place in Newcastle because staff just get it. My companions are always spoken to, never talked over and Wendy and the team are so incredibly kind and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and the food and drink is always exceptional. The chef prepared our waffles with great care and attention, they were lovely. Also the service was fantastic by Wendy and Lou. Coffee was delicious aswell.
Purchased a Groupon deal of 2x crepes and drinks for a trip into Newcastle. It was busy on arrival but plenty of space still to sit and served at the till quickly. Milkshake and oat latte aswel as a vegan and a non vegan crepe was ordered. They were all made quickly and brought to our table. The person who served us was really friendly and helpful. Crepes and drinks were delicious.
Got my children the kids meal deal which was a crepe, drink and ice cream for £5. They also do a gluten free option which is buckwheat which meant my daughter who was coeliac disease could have one. The photo is the gf crepe. Good value and yummy.
Millie was an excellent server and served me and my friend our crepes quickly and efficiently with the friendliest of service, would 100% come back again!!

I've had their crepes, very nice but priced above what you get, coffees are nice, Friday I had a Rasberry and mint cool, lovely, but at £3.45 for basically flavoured iced water, a bit expensive...but then I know what Eldon Square charges for Rent and Rates.

The most unusual breakfast I have had. Eggs Benedict in a crepe. It was very nice though. If I was in the area again I would visit and try something else off the menu.
