Love this place...beautiful food, with a wonderful range of gluten free goodies. The staff are so friendly and helpful...and well you absolutely have to check out the toilet!!! :)
Stopped off for coffee and scones this morning on a first visit to Olive Bizarre. Seriously can’t wait to go here for lunch. Amazing place, food and staff. Just loved it
Lovely coffee shop - great food and coffee. The staff are so welcoming and helpful with the children too. It’s a must visit when we are in Newcastle!
I visited the Olive Bizarre on Sunday for the second time. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We had to sit outside as we had our dog with us and one waitress brought him out fresh water. We ordered sandwiches and tea which were delicious. The cafe itself is very quirky and cute. I loved everything about this hidden gem in Newcastle.
A cute and boutiquey cafe with amazingly delicious food!!!! Vegan Mexican wrap was unbelievable!!!! Nothing like tea in a good old fashion pot and hand knitted cosy!!! 5 stars!!
Lovely food, great service and loved my big pot of tea. Took my friend and accommodated his diet. Brilliant. Will be back
What a little gem of a place....Tea for Two was amazing....Baked potatoes very yummy...staff were all great and wonderful sea views to be had.
Excellent food, friendly and helpful staff, stylish decor, woukld highly recommend.
Visited today from Ballymena for the afternoon tea, loved the quirkyness, the mismatched China, tea cosies and the best and funniest toilet we've seen anywhere. The afternoon tea was gorgeous well filled sandwiches on gorgeous bread, warm scones with butter jam and cream to add as you wish, moist friut bread/cake, cupcake, homemade flapjack and fifteen with white chocolate on top, we were very kindly supplied with a take away box without even having to ask, will definately go again ☕
A great place to sit in the sun, enjoy the great view and have a tasty all day breakfast
Gorgeous little coffee shop, super cute, eclectic & stylish decor! I loved the MissPrint wallpaper :)
The best handmade sausage rolls, and vegetarian pies. It's the perfect place to rest your legs and drink Pink Lemonade after walking the Glen River-Bogey Hill trail. Keep up the good work guys, definitely the best cafe in Newcastle Xxx
Best sandwich I've ever eaten (bacon, Brie and relish) full to the brim but not sloppy and packed with flavour and texture! Would prefer a cardboard takeaway box not polystyrene though please
Never disappoints lovely staff, cosy location, amazingly yummy food and full of neat little treats to find and take home till next time
enjoyed a gorgeous lunch here today. lovely food and very friendly staff.
really tasty food, excellent service and some quirky interior design moments with a view out over the Newcastle bay. we just loved it
A wonderful cafe, an excellent menu, delicious food. The tea pots, tea cups... beautiful crockery... a lovely busy cafe. I must mention that the staff were lovely, very friendly. *****
Absolutely delightful experience at Olive Bizarre this morning! Delicious food, decent portions, excellent value and very pleasant service - even for my 7year old's tricky palette and special requests. :)
Perfect tea and lemon drizzle cake - thank you!
This restaurant is not only a feast for the hungry ” great portions “ but also for the eyes lots of quirky fitting in restaurant but you have to check out the washroom what a laugh we got. Not going to do a spoiler check out the restaurant for great food along with the washroom for a good Lol . Thanks Olives Bazaar.👍
We had a lovely brunch at the Olive Bizarre. The staff were very friendly and polite. We enjoyed our food and the price was very reasonable. Well definitely be coming back to this lovely little cafe.
This place is well worth the short walk out of town. Everything our table for 4 ordered was sublime. I cannot praise this place highly enough.
Great coffee shop with great food, never had a let down in quality in many visits.
Highlight of a trip to Newcastle.
Awesome coffee shop, never disappoints (except when it's packed and can't get in?
There are a lot of fantastic coffee shops around the Mournes, this is my favourite.👍
Delicious breakfast/ brunch food.
And the hot chocolate was well done. Very concentrated. High quality cocoa.
My wife and I called for afternoon tea. Polite, friendly service. We had to wait a few minutes before our table was ready. When the food came, wow. Great selection of desserts with our meal. Sandwiches were delicious and the scones were still warm arriving. The tray bake selection was great. Service quick and cheerful and price unbelievable. £29 between us, fantastic value
