Decided to pop in here for an impromptu dinner. We had really great (and helpful) service, and the food was surprisingly fantastic. Best chicken wings (with Nashville hot sauce) that we have ever had. Portion size was massive, definitely enough to fill you up. Burgers and chips were also excellent. The atmosphere/music was cozy, friendly and created an authentic American diner feel. Based on this experience, I'm likely to come back.
It's got a chill vibe, love the booths (because group eats & that), there's tables for 2 as well, the lighting's nice & the music too. The meal presentation is cute, as you can see below.

Loved Frankie and Benny's my friends took me for my birthday meal treat was a brilliant night the food is just right and readable prices the staff are also very friendly my friend arranged with the kichen staff to bring my birthday cake out to me playing music HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME it was Great will never forget this birthday
Nice place spacious. Kids menu is great with variety and is very reasonable. Food is OK

Amazing staff, very personable and went the extra mile to make us comfortable especially with my allergies.
The fair haired male manager made sure to tell us he had double checked the order and food with the server and kitchen.
Such a small thing to most people but really put my mind at ease.
Couldn't recommend more.
Haven't been to F&B for a long time, but today we went there for lunch with our kids and I'm glad we did. Food was delicious and we didn't have to wait ages for it. We were served by Gabriella, and she had lots of patience explaining everything to us and very attentive, always making sure we are comfortable. Lovely place! Well be back soon! Thanks
Me and my wife had a delicious meal here celebrating our 12th wedding anniversary. The food was tasty and fresh. Our waitress Amy was cheerful and attentive. My wife loved the cocktails too we will definitely be coming back

This has been a favourite restaurant for many years for myself, friends and family but circumstances have meant that we haven't been able to get together for a long time. We enjoyed the food except for one of my young nephews who found the beef wrap chewy and left it He was offered something else but declined, the rest of us were all happy with our meals. He did receive a free dessert which he enjoyed. I was quite surprised at how much more expensive it is since the last time we were there; the drinks were really expensive. I had booked a table for 8 thinking it might be busy but there were very few people in - the kids, who go into town a lot, told me that this isn't unusual for a Monday in most places. I had thought that being in the town centre and near to the University that it would attract a lot of students, but 2 of my great-nephews who were in our party said that most students wouldn't be able to afford those prices. Our waitress - Chloe-Anne was lovely - helpful and smiling and we had a nice afternoon.
Great experience! We ordered the New York Deli Burger and the Goats Pizza and they were both amazing! Its very good quality for the price and I will most definitely go back! The chef is really nice as well so all in all a good experience and worth 5 stars.
Good service and tasty food. Hidden away on a side street away from the city centre and main shoppers it was easier to get a table here than some other city centre restaurants. Fast service and a friendly welcome from staff. One of the better Frankie and Benny's restaurants in the chain.
Came here tonight with the Mr for a little romantic date night, I couldn't fault any of it the customer service was 100% outstanding the food quiltly was 100% outstanding and still very hot on arrival...place itself was nice clean and very tidy can tell the staff look after the work place, 100% recommend to friends and family... overall amazing fab night will be returning. Thanks for having us
