We live local to the Greggs Drive thru and its the best and worst thing to have opened; Best as everyone loves greggs, worst as its too handy and too close! What's not to like about Greggs, great pasties, sandwiches and chicken goujons, not to mention the great donuts, and cream cakes, and the coffee is fairly decent too. Generally for the most part the staff are all friendly enough too. Would always highly recommend Greggs.

Fab service from a member of staff today ! Pulled in for a coffee only to discover there were no bike racks to safely leave my bike. So a lovely young man who was working outside said he'd keep an eye while I placed my order. Thanks again, that was so kind. Great coffee too !

Wasn't particularly busy, but tables etc could do with wiping down and cleared.

The lady that served me today has got to be one of the nicest people I have met. Well done and I'm sorry i didn't get your name

Easy to use and quite quiet on the day we went, wait time was a bit longer than I imagined but staff seemed friendly enough and apologised for the wait.

This would be five stars if not for the franchise tax. This has a spacious seating area with a fairly reasonable wifi speeds. The service is not always the fastest due to the competing demands of drive-thru and foot customers though is perfectly reasonable. Greggs do not operate a digital database for on self stock levels so at the drive-thru they do need to manually check whether an item is in stock.

Being a Geordie I inheritently love Greggs. This branch offers a drive through. Currently the only one in the Newcastle area. The experience isn't as polished as Mcdonald drive through. And it is more expensive than regular Greggs outlets, more like airport or service station price's. However the ability to be able to get a hot breakfast and coffee with out getting out of my car on a cold winter morning more than makes up for it. So 5 stars.

Best place to get breakfast- two bacon buns,a cappuccino and flat white coffee to take away for £5.60. Coffee is always excellent. Huge range of ready prepared sandwiches and cakes and biscuits. Great value.

Popped in to this Greggs this morning for a pick me up coffee, I have to say even at 8am on a Sunday morning the staff were as chirpy as could be, polite service with friendly banter. Wouldn’t hesitate stop by again!

I like the drive through as you don't have to wait long normaly. The main reason though is the hot food eg pastys (bakes), sausage rolls etc come to you hot. Not cold, tepid or warm like you risk in a normal walkin store. They are always friendly too.
