Tried their spicy fried chicken which I liked. They also provide various types of dips. I really liked their gravy dip. The fries were nice too. Thinly cut and crispy! šš
The spicy chicken sandwich was nice. They also have chocolate Sundae which is great. The gravy also goes well with the chips. The downside being the burger doesnāt really resemble the photograph (smaller and not as much meat) and also very slow service as a fast food chain. The peach and mango pie was interesting but I didnāt think they were amazing and much prefer the apple pie from McDonalds.
If you people love fried chicken then please come here you wonāt be disappointed. The food here is incredible, chips are nice and crispy, fried chicken in this place is tender and juicy, the sides also are a good too. Also forgot to mention that spicy chicken sandwich oh my my, possibly the best chicken burger Iāve ever had.
The food is delicious and fresh, the place is spacious and clean, but sometimes with the crowd of orders they make mistakes in your order, so pay attention to that carefully. I ordered a meal of 3 pieces of chicken, but the order had only 2 pieces of chicken, but they re-ordered again, thank you
We ordered the following items
Spicy chicken joy bucket : This is definitely high on the heat and absolutely delectable.
If you canāt handle heat then skip the spicy version.
Chicken tenders : The coating on the chicken was surprisingly undercooked.
We reheated this in the airfryer post which it was cooked well and much better to have.
From a delivery perspective, it was a smooth delivery and all the expected food items were delivered in good condition.

The food was a bit pricey but the taste was good. The service was great, I ended up finding out about the place due to my daughter as her friend Sean works there. Funnily enough, he was also working when I came, he was polite and also provided an excellent experience, he helped me order as it was my first time and find a place to sit. While eating I saw him effortlessly clean up tables. I am proud to know my daughter is friends with a such hard-working young man.
Cute placeā¦ great ambience Iād sayā¦ we ordered the spicy chicken burger and the combo meal for the fried chicken! Totally would recommend! Great flavours and the spice level was perfect! To be honest better than the other fried chicken places I have tried out in Newcastle! Totally would recommend to try them out. You can have the normal ones as well as the spicy ones!

We recently dined at Jollibee with a group of 40 students, and I must say the service was exceptional. Despite the large group, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and patient. They accommodated our dietary needs and provided delicious food promptly. The overall experience was outstanding, and I highly recommend it for groups. We'll definitely be returning!

Love this place, second time me and my sons have been here, came with my mum aswell this time, the lovely Kim served us, such a polite friendly member of staff, a credit to the place, and food is amazing and fresh as always! Better than kfc by miles!ā¤ļø

I was excited to try Jollibee as I follow some mukbangers who eat it a lot but I didnāt realise you could even get Jollibee in this country!
I ordered a hotdog, chicken tenders (with gravy) & a spaghetti. The guy taking my order was amazing and when he realised it was my first time ever trying Jollibee he added a selection of complimentary items to my order so I could really get to know the menu! He added a chicken burger, more chicken tenders, a portion of chicken joy (coated drumsticks), a mango ice cream and a coke!! š±š° So generous!
If youāve never been before itās deffo worth a try! If you like kfc then I would recommend the tenders as they have a lightly spiced coating similar to kfc - but the gravy is more flavourful at Jollibee. The hotdogs here are halal too - a good treat if you donāt eat pork and you miss hotdogs! The hotdogs have a yummy sauce on and are really nice!
My favourite was the spaghetti - the sauce is so flavourful and the pasta is cooked nicely - firm bite, not soggy or under salted which you might worry about if youāve never considered having spaghetti from a fast food restaurant!
They gave me so much free food I havenāt even managed to try the burger yet so Iām looking forward to that later. Really loved how invested the staff were in me having a nice experience and canāt recommend the restaurant enough.
The other great thing here is they have a little sink for you to wash your hands after eating your fried chicken which is such a great idea and really welcome! Itās right where you throw away your rubbish and return your tray - itās really well thought out!

EDIT: seeing some reviews saying service is slow, staff uninterested, place dirty etc. I think management must have made some serious changes because when I went there service was very fast, staff were friendly and engaged, restaurant was clean and tidy and the atmosphere was great! š„°š
Lynne who served us was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We were about to leave assuming the menu to be expensive according to the meal options we could see. She informed us of better choices for our wants so we stayed and enjoyed the experience. We found the chicken to be very crispy and not greasy (unlike kfc). The option for pineapple juice was a nice change which we slurped up with gusto. And the peach and mango pies are an absolute delight. We have been back several times since. All thanks to Lynne.
Waited so long for this place to be in the UK and I'm glad it finally came! They simply do the best fast food chicken, it's no contest (sorry Colonel).
A few issues I have though are that it's really expensive for what it is, although brilliant, and a lack of kids menu is perplexing considering they're a fast food establishment.
Absolutely cracking fried chicken! Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, properly seasoned and coated. Miles better than KFC at any rate! Their pricing is higher but the food delivers. Esp. love the tenders with garlic mayo and sweet chilli sauce.
The store could do better with overall cleanliness when eating in. Staff at the till are very helpful - I had an incident of the kiosk not working correctly, staff helped get the order fixed right away.
