Nice place for a coffee. Staff service is quick. I personally love the mocha here with 2 packets of brown sugar. Compared to other starbucks it is not so busy and always quiet.

I always get a matcha frappe which never disappoints. The only reason for 4 stars is that this Starbucks does not accept the rewards app which is really annoying considering it has the best location out of all the Starbucks in town. However, the staff are always sweet and it has a really nice layout
It is not super big which makes it really cosy sitting there! Nice and friendly personnel with good service, plus the products and coffee are simply delicious! You can sit inside as well as outside and have a wonderful view upon the Tyne! Enjoyed my stay and coffee there!
Very clean, fast service. Plenty of room to sit inside on comfortable seats around the side. Great selection off drinks available, mainly coffee based ones nut others are available.
Not so much emphasis on food, l only saw crisps and small biscuits.

Mine and my best friend's favourite place for a cuppa after our walk. Only thing I would say is get a take away cup even if you're sitting in. It just tastes better out of a tale away cup!
Excellent helpful service throughout, and food/drink. Even not a problem to change cup to takeaway though was dining in. Very clean and tidy.
This branch of Starbucks is a stone through away from Newcastle Millennium Bridge. Great waterfront location, Nice ambiance and lovely coffee. I would definitely visit again.
I have been visiting Starbucks since 2011 and the staff are always friendly and efficient and the premises are always clean and tidy as even before the Covid-19 epidemic the tables were always wiped down as soon as they were vacated so I gave always felt safe when visiting. The coffee is also exce
Lovely quiet place to stop for a drink and admire the view I bought a latte it was delicious and wasn't over priced, lovely polite staff , can sit inside or out or take away would deffo recommend if your in the area

Great coffee every time and on fine days there is a seating placed outside the front doors so you can watch the world go by. #flatwhite
Usual Starbucks stuff two counter staff some inside seating available. Shared toilets with upmarket hotel next door. A very pleasant place and great location on quayside.
These guys are always nice, the only starbuck that is happy to get 2 flat whites and stick them into a large cup. Asking for this in any other starbuck makes the staff freak out. Thanks guy!
