Lovely gardens and little fountain. Serve snacks only. Lovely cocktails nicely presented. Waiter Pleasant enough but made me feel I wasn't the right clientele haha....quite up cosmopolitan for this area.
I went to the drive through after the Newcastle match (Man City, Caraboa Cup) and the staff were very friendly and the food was just what I wanted. In fact, I think it was the best service I have ever had at a McDonalds drive through. Both windows 10/10.
Place had no condiments or napkins Floor was dirty could do with a good all round clean up
Had the triple quarter pounder meal with my little neice, she had 6 chicken nuggets and chips, she said the meal was "yummy", i also said that my meal was "yummy", the waiter delivered ketchup and garlic mayo with our meals, the ketchup was ok and the garlic mayo tasted great!
I would reccomend this establishment but the exterior gets on my nerves as the decor is a bit too modern for my old man eyes, LOL!
Clumsy me just bought a big order n dropped before a got away lid flew ofmy latte Gutted Kez have another one for exchange of the empty dropped cup. Well done kez sorted everything before my esl got cold. 10 /10
The place was so clean! There was workers keeping on top of sweeping and tables. Toilets even were super clean. The food itself was so fast. I ordered extra sauce on my burger and they didn’t disappoint! Best McDonald’s I’ve been to, especially in Newcastle. Great staff.
After disappointment not getting accommodated elsewhere in Byker, we decided to stop for a couple Frappuccinos. This McDonald's has changed since we were last here it's mainly machines to order from! But a nice young lad that works there took my order 😊 we sat outside in the sun enjoying our Frappuccinos they were the nicest ever 😋 thank you 😁

It's a maccas in Byker. The only thing you actively have to question is how long is it until a chav sets you on fire.
The drive thru can get ridiculously busy. We sat it and it was fine not to busy
Great food sometimes chips are cold but they've been making improvements on the food quality that I can only say I'm happy about. Well done on achieving 5 star hygiene rating aswell😀😀😀
Mcdonald's byker never dissapoint. I totally love doing a drive through there and getting my favourite big tasty, I can't get over this burger so yummy. It keeps me coming back to mackys everyday.
