ordered through uber eats and forgot to add some salad onto my sandwhich. rang up the store and a lovely lad answered and told me it was no worries and he would add it on for me. so helpful! :)

Usually really lovely but went around 9.10pm yesterday and the service was poor. Wasn't asked if I wanted any other sandwiches to the one I had ordered, I did. Wasn't asked if I wanted a meal deal of a drink etc. The sandwich was also not properly wrapped so it went everywhere when I pulled it out of the bag to eat.
I understand it was fairly late on the night but the service just wasn't sure friendly at all and left me a little shocked as it's usually so good.
Only getting the 4 stars due to the regular service and the fact the food is nice, but last night the customer service was pitiful.
Great staff, very clean inside alongside Good sandwiches at a decent price.
Update a year later (start of 2018) -
With the increase in student accomodation it has become much busier here! It's still well managed and fairly clean. The queues get huge at lunch time though - but it does go down fairly fast.
Staff are fine - not the happiest i've seen! But they do their job, and put deals through (but don't often point them out)! Still, it's a good choice for a decent, filling sandwich at lunchtime.

Great food, but they did not have brown bread or multi-seed variant. Also, they did not have any vegetarian patty. This caused problems for a diabetic person (myself) and my spouse who was on a vegetarian diet today.
Always a pleasure to visit this because the staff are so friendly and will do their best to make sure your sandwich is made exactly as you want it. Ten out of ten for the staff.
Open till 8pm which is better than the other stores which close at 7pm. Service is polite and efficient. Can't complain. Great Subway!
tried the subway savers menu nachos and cheese. the cheese was a little burnt when it came out the grill. I couldn't use the fork to displace it from the plastic container it came in. the guy at the counter was canny though
