Visited a year later, to see if the restaurant has maintained it's standards. Ordered several items from the menu, including English breakfast, Chicken Tikka Naan, Cream cheese Parantha, Karachi Bun Kebab, Butter Chicken Roll, Samosa Chaat, Masala Chips, Classic Parantha. The food was on point, tasted much better than the other shop nearby. There are a limited range of soft drinks which is disappointing. The woman at the counter refused to refund an item on my order (ice karak chai) that I decided I didn't want, even though they hadn't started making it. The manager said he'd refund it in cash once they'd completed making our order. This was rather strange. There were no serviettes available, when we asked for tissue they have us a blue industrial roll which really doesn't match the high end branding. My English breakfast arrived without any cutlery, so I had to get up and go ask and was directed to the self service table where I found a wooden set. Why could they not have delivered this along with my food? Overall, food was well cooked and tasted great. Decor is brilliant. Service needs to improved, staff should be more enthusiastic and try to make the experience an enjoyable one, certainly not refuse to refund, if customer changes mind on an item.

Nice and clean, air conditioned. Tea tastes good.
One of the best chai cafe in Newcastle!
Pink chai with nuts is my most favourite but they’re all soo good. Chicken tikka in naan is just delicious together with masala chips! Yum!
I stumbled upon this quirky little Indian café while in the area recently. It's a really modern, stylish and clean business with a fantastic menu of food and drinks which are really well priced and taste absolutely amazing. The staff are also very friendly and polite too, and the atmosphere is really welcoming. I'd highly recommend trying them out for yourself, you won't be disappointed! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
If you're a fan of Masala Chai, Fenham has a number of cafes that whip up a lovely milk tea. Especially in this cold weather, a warm cuppa really feels good. ☕
Chaiiwala serves snacks and also a few variations of Chai. I had Pink Chai with almond. The almond bits surprised me; lovely small crunches accompanied with pink froth. Jeffri Ramli had the standard chai. Delicious.
As some say, Chai is life 😆
The ambiance is good and tidy.. we tried karak chai and pav bhaji, the chaii taste was amazing, if anyone searching for a Indian style chaii then I would recommend this place and Pav bhaji was good but not as expected.. over all it was good!
I think ok for a visit here n there but a bit overated.
The Karak chai a lot of people like quite frankly it's too sweet and the the Nutella wrap my daughter got was hard it was basically a frozen paratha heated up with Nutella which I make my daughter at home anyway so nothing different.
Was good qwick service was nice to sit out side as they have seats out side the deco is nice service is standerd
Good place to hangout and grab a quick tea. Tea is desi made with sugar already added. It's a good place to grab quick snacks. The staff is so polite, and welcoming.
Something different, lovely Karak Coffee. The breakfast with chana and parathas was nice too. Quirky, little bit pricey for what it is but fine as a treat.
Nice place to sit in and dine with family. Good customer service and tasty Pakistani food. Lovely
This place and the ambience is so pleasing. The taste of the snack and the variety of chaii is really amazing. I tried pink chaii which was so yum. But there was one person on the till who was so rude by the way she served food and was not friendly though. That was one disappointing thing about this shop. I would request to put someone who is friendly with customers on the till.
