It's a Arab shop it has a food stall in the Conner I tried some of it the lamb sharma was lush perfect compnation off fat and meat it was juicy they have a few seats inside service was good the food is good the Chick pea curry was really nice

Today I went into store to purchase some meat and spices, the staff couldn’t do enough for me when I couldn’t find a particular product which was really lovely of them & hey presto they found it for me too.
The meat was lovely & fresh and once again the staff were really smiley and lovely! 5 stars ⭐
Their customer service is great, The Muslim lady and Somalian brother at the cashier are very kind and so helpful.yes commodity prices are very high but guess its the taxes affecting us but over all.this store is good.

Pros: good location in West Road, variety of products and cooked food, the recent refurbishment allow customers to use small shopping trollies.
Cons: prices are a bit higher than other Halal shops in Newcastle, no clear queuing system in the butcher, difficult to find car parking outside.
Freshly baked bread and shawarma available as well as a butcher's. Excellent range of products, spices, herbs, fresh produce and sweets. Good customer service
