My favourite Costa branch. The staff are friendly and the café is always pleasantly quiet and clean. The drinks are always delicious and very convenient, since it’s in the bus station and right next to the shops.
I regularly visit this costa as I'm a bus driver and if I have time at Eldon Square I go and treat myself to a coffee, the staff here are so friendly and efficient, I couldn't recommend this costa branch enough! 5* service girls!

Friendly staff, have been here before but this time it was so busy tge experience wasn't quite the same. They probably needed more staff.

Love sitting in here with my laptop and getting on with some work, perfect signal. Gets great sunlight in too.
Lovely kind and helpful staff and coffee ☕️... awful rubbery half toasted sandwich but.. they were disabled friendly and carried my tray to my table as I can't manage with that and walking stick.
So.... come on Costa bosses and make some lovely fresh/tasty/ original hot breakfast sandwiches to go down with that delicious 😋 fresh black coffee ☕️.

Staff are very friendly, coffee and cakes are good, the area isn't the cleanest and often you have to clear your own table
Chilled early coffee and toasted Teacake but I do know this store goes bananas later on. I would certainly recommend this Costa inside Eldon Square for a quiet and relaxed place to wait for the stores opening.
The staff seem OK. Not friendliest I have come across but not rude. The store is clean and tidy so can't complain.
I enjoyed a croissant and a panettone with an americano, each was delicious ( and a welcome respite in following my fiancée around the shops) and the service was friendly and apt.
Went just before closing time, very travel weary. Made welcome and not hurried by the courteous staff team. Thank you.
