Perfect is the theme with this place.
Been here a few times now and everytime my order has been awkward and annoying. Substituting things and changing set dishes and everytime the staff have been accommodating and happy to satisfy.
Perfect service.
Price is reasonable.
Speed is good.
Portions are massive.
Quality is perfect.
Cooking and temps are perfect.
Highly recommend Perfect Chef.

Always a worry trying a new takeaway when spending a lot of money...but what we got from Perfect Chef tonight was great. Beef in the beef and mushroom curry was very tender, no grizzle, and plenty of it. Typical chinese curry sauce - quite mild, but just right for the meal. Ate with fried rice, which was nicely cooked. My wife had chicken fried rice, and she couldn't believe how deep the carton was! Couldn't finish it, which was a first for her! We started with chicken and sweetcorn soup to share, and we found it really tasty and it kept it's thickness until it was eaten!
Last week, I had sweet and sour king prawns from PerfectChef, and can say the meal was also great. Plenty of king prawns in batter. Sauce was perfect. So, I have no problem in recommending this takeaway. Well done!

We decided to use this takeaway Perfect Chef after our usual one whom we have used for years cut back on portions and prices went up quite a lot and felt it wasn’t value for money anymore.
Last night we looked at their menu which has a good selection of dishes but decided to we order 2 house special chow meins the delivery service was punctual, and oh my goodness they were absolutely lovely what we liked is the cartons were full ( not half full like some) and plenty of meat in them, the noodles weren’t oily very flavoursome as was all the other ingredients ( credit to the chef) all in all a very enjoyable meal also we got prawn crackers which we didn’t ask for the delivery driver said they were free, will definitely be using Perfect Chef as our new takeaway from now on also the lady who took the order was very nice👍

Awesome Chinese. Duck always excellent. Chicken curry and beef Black bean very tasty and good portions. Chips are good. Only negative salt and pepper chicken tastes of fish every time. Must use same cooker/fryer.
Thr best Chinese around kenton area, I even go to collect from this Chinese even when they don't deliver to a place such as Benwell.
The munch box is certainly unrivalled.
Staff are friendly and may give you freebies depending on your order

Just had a takeaway from here tonight and it was absolutely lush couldn't fault it one bit everything tasted amazing, I would definitely recommend it 👌

I dont often write reviews for food places but in this case i shall, I found the staff to be very friendly, I asked for a particular dish that was not on the menu and the owner came out to see me and clarify what i was after, i couldn't have asked for better in house service, and the prices i found to be very VERY reasonable it wasn't long before my food was ready and I headed home.
Back at home base we opened the meal up, Portion size was excellent and between myself and my wife's meal we managed to also feed another adult that had turned up unexpected, as for the taste, well, I have eaten Chinese food from Scotland to Penzance and abroad, i was pleasantly surprised at just how tasty all the food was, I would also highly recommend the King Do Ribs, i really wanted to go straight back and order another portion or three.
Ribs were so good, I went back the following night and ordered there again, all I can say is well done to the owners and all front line staff, well done.
