I had such a great time at this McDonald's! The service was absolutely fantastic. You won't believe it, but this diner is conveniently located right in the heart of the main shopping area. It was the perfect spot for me to take a well-deserved break from all the shopping. And let me tell you, I enjoyed a delicious and piping hot big mac large fries and a apple pie
Used the app to order which is very handy and it's also gives points. The only negative is the price increase! No more 99p saver cheese burgers, now £1.59!
But fast service and polite staff.
The missing 1 star is probably not there fault. Lots of customer traffic anytime you go. So they prepare fries and hang it to be packed. But sometimes the fries then becomes cold and soggy. Despite having a lot of staff. That is my only complaint. Other than that it is as good as it can be.
I would like to give a huge shoutout to a member of staff called samira.She took my order very well and handed my food.she had a little chuckle because my number order was 69 but other then that she was a lovely server and after my meal i went back to thank her after getting my mcflurry i ordered after!
I am a disabled customer I found the place to be clean . My food brought to my table with friendly service the food was hot . I was also helped with access to the toilet which were clean I found the

Proper mint by maccies standards. They're taking the mickey a bit with the smaller slices of sausage and egg, probably blame brexit or the covid, but generally can't complain.
I visited yesterday with my 1 year old Grandson . I was trying to use the machine to order our food but struggling due to poor eyesight. Without hesitation Graham one of the assistants nearby came over and did it all for me and had it delivered to my table for me. I was so grateful as it was so busy standing in the queue with a hungry 1 year old wouldn’t have been ideal. He also went out of his way to find a high chair for us and was attentive throughout our time there. Graham seemed to me through observation to be a lovely sociable helpful member of your team and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! He certainly made my visit less stressful! Thanks so much Graham!!
I usually visit on weekends I love fries 🍟 and spicy chicken burger they make it really delicious..
Very busy McDonald's. Lots of self service machines so very quick to order but there was a bit of a wait for my order. To be fair to them though they did get through a lot of orders very quickly.
