Food was nice first time iv tried the salad from McDonald’s very nice side.
I actuly wanted the special but none of it was avalabe the wuotly of the food was not good the service is good the place looks ok
Pleasantly surprised with this city centre outlet. Food was quite hot, and it was ready within about 2 minutes of us ordering. The food wasn't exactly fresh, any cooler and is have asked for a replacement, but all good. Asked for a barbecue sauce, I was given three. Happy days. And on our second visit, even better. Food was very hot, coke could have been fuzzier, but the food was good & the front of house even asked us if our meal was OK, and was everything OK. Top marks Joseph.

Came in with my disabled mam today and the lad couldn't do enough to help us. Brandon made sure we had downstairs seats and didn't have to go up any steps, and even waited and brought our meal over to us while I wheeled my mam in and got her sorted and settled at the table. 5/5 service, lovely lad, great service 🤩
The staff are really helpful, friendly, kind and passionate about the job but it would be better if they cleaned the tables and floor more often
Me and my dad had popped in for breakfast this morning. I got the sausage mcmuffin meal and he got the breakfast roll with brown sauce meal. As we were getting some ketchup, A staff member called Brandon G offered to take our meal up to us when it was reasy for collection (as we were going to sit upstairs). The man was really kind and helpful, and overall we had a nice experience here. I would go again!

As usual, nice and cosy Macdonalds outlet. It has accessible entrance and seating area. As it is situated in the high street, sometimes it gets very busy.

I was looking for coffee and a snack with my rescue dog (a chihuahua) at heel. A member of staff told me we couldn't be inside as dogs weren't allowed. I must have looked a bit disappointed because he came after me and offered to put in a contactless order for me while I waited outside. Brandon, you made my day. Thank you. The nicest McDonald's I've ever been to. Not the food, that was the usual. It was the staff. I went up to the counter to order and the girl there greeted me like it was the greatest moment of her life and was ecstatic to meet me. Someone even came over while we were eating to check if everything was alright.
