Best takeaway Chinese in Newcastle bar none...food is tasty and fresh and I've never ever had a bad meal.from here. Walker resident for 40 yrs and its the only Chinese I have reviewed as the rest simply aren't up to scratch in comparison

Every now and again you come across an establishment which is superb. This is one of these.

I must also express how great the counter girl was. She was so lovely, which complimented the take away. 5 stars from me.

I always order from this restaurant .you honestly couldn’t get better food. Tastes great. Fantastic service. I ordered the Manchy box with house special chow main. In all the years I’ve ordered from here I have not once had a bad word to say about their food.
My local chinese take away, and my favourite in newcastle. The shrimp fried rice and curry sauce are amazing. Good size portions.
I must say the wok is very magical. Very magical indeed. It is the best tasting Chinese food I have ever had in my entire life, I don’t know what type of magical spell they have casted on their wok but it is a taste of heaven.
Magic Wok has been our 'go-to' Chinese take away for many years. That is because
1. The food is delicious
2. The staff are happy to mix and match and
3. On the single occasion our order was incomplete they immediately and without suspicion sent us the missing meal.
Ordered food it came earlier than expected (always a bonus) food was gorgeous best I’ve had in a while will definitely order from here again :)
