Eternally busy but always has a reliable franchise output. No issues other than never ever enough seats. Has outdoor seating if you enjoy drizzle while you drink unless it's sunny for once. Staff quick and place tidy. Excellent location right in middle of city. Free WiFi is painfully slow.

Great, friendly service. Would say that this is most definitely the best Starbucks in town. A member of staff within the Eldon Square one was very rude to both me and her colleagues hence no 5 stars.
Amazing service. Pretty quick at making the drinks and also definitely a calm atmosphere. Perfect for students to do their work in. One of my favourite Starbucks.
Reasonably good coffee in a busy area of Newcastle city centre. Had a good relaxing sit down and caffeine boost, whilst watching stressed out shoppers outside. Good spot for people watching.
WiFi AND mobile signal were really bad downstairs. Had to sit upstairs to get decent WiFi. Nice staff. Window seats are great for people watching.
Nice comfortable chairs and plenty of places to sit. If the ground level is full you can go downstairs for a bit of private time.
