This humble little chippy is run by Gordon. We always phone in ahead and our orders are always ready for collection on time. I won't lie, the fish here is the best I've ever had. The batter melts in your mouth. The chips are also amazing. My daughter always has chicken buffets which too are to die for. Amazing service, lovely friendly staff. Would very much recommend.
Great local chippy and brilliant for those driving between Newcastle and Consett. High quality good, generous portion sizes and first rate customer service. And I love smelling the food cooking from my house down the road!
I've had food from here on many occasions. Some delivered & some just calling in. The staff are very friendly & helpful & the food is made from top quality products. I would highly recommend the fish & fish bit's they are delicious & the rest of the food is great too. I would definitely recommend that you give this Chippy a try, you won't be disappointed.
