After a fire alarm and subsequently a guy slitting his wrist, all Boots staff stood in the cold for 2 hours on Monday evening. Huge respect and thanks to Starbucks for giving us all a free hot drink! Lifesavers � definitely gained some new fans here.

It's a fairly small restaurant, but coffee excellent as usual and super friendly/happy staff when we visited. Made my wife's day.
It's located where a church group I did historical research on finished their meeting together on 03 June 1951. Today it is a nice coffee shop, and a handy toilet stop, so you don't have to walk quite a distance to get to the Eldon Square toilets. The staff are quite friendly, especially Kourtney

Don't know but 18 pounds for a bottle of orange juice, a muffin, a panini and a cup of hot chocolate and there was no gold film on the food items. 😀
Liked it. I had 2 chocolate chip cookies and a slice of caramel shortbread. With a cup of tea.

The staff here are always lovely. The blonde latte is my favourite, iced or hot. Delicious cakes. Good seating area outside. Watch the world go by!
Great setting in Newcastle Old Eldon gardens, staff are a little slow at cleaning tables, coffee and cakes are really good though.
