Frank served me with Bea and he was amazing!! Its international women's day and he'd fashioned a rose out of a napkin for all the women! 🌹 Made me smile. Lovely start to the day. Coffee was great.

Nice and tiny cafe at the station that is supporting local business by sourcing their beans from them.

One of the best coffee's I’ve ever had in my opinion along with the best customer service I have ever experienced in any business before. From the moment I walked in I was met with a warm welcome and kindly asked what coffee I would like with a smile on the face. The coffee in my opinion is better than Costa and Starbucks alone. They are great for supporting other small business and also they support fair trade. The coffee is amazing for the price and Frank was very polite and welcoming. We had a lovely chat about how he supports small businesses and how he switched suppliers for his food to not only support him but other businesses aswell and I think that’s a great option as the food here and the coffee is outstanding. Will be coming again when travelling:)

Lovely hazelnut iced latte with whipped cream, great service from Mr.Frank at AMT Coffee Newcastle train station. Recommend getting a drink here if you’re ever at the station.
Had one of the best flat whites here, totally recommend to go here for your coffee fix. The gentleman who served me gave excellent customer service!
