Fenwick Northumberland street Newcastle-Upon- Tyne was built in 1914 to designs by the architect Marshall & Tweedy. This opened 140 years ago and has a Christmas Window every year which is a big occasion during Christmas time for Newcastle and the North East.

Love Fenwicks since being a child, it used to have the best toy department and now it seems they are bringing it back, soft toys everywhere and actual toys. The food hall is really good especially for beautiful cakes. And the whole feel of the store is warm and welcoming 😊

I have been going to Fenwicks Newcastle for many years now but I have been blown away by the customer service i received from Lisa in the pram department. Poor Lisa has been subjected to at least 5 of my visits since February trying to choose a pram. This lady has never once made me feel a nuisance
Fab range of clothes, shoes etc and a food hall to die for with different independent sellers. So much variety from around the world.

Stopped at perfume Chanel counter, met Joe. Wow such a lovely guy. Full of knowledge all about all the perfumes. The lunch was my splurge for this week but next time I'm there that perfume is mine 😂
A lovely girl called Courtney did my make up at Charlotte tilbury. she was so kind and very talented at make up and explained the whole experience and made it worth while so happy with the look.
Great food hall, with unusual and high quality products, salami good value, however sausages nothing special. Oyster bar classy and better than most lunch meal deals...although a touch pricey.
I received exceptional customer service from Emily at the Aveda counter yesterday. They really listened to my issue with a product and went above and beyond to help resolve it. So friendly too! Thank you Emily :)

I was served by Mark on tills of the food section. one of the products I was trying to buy had 2 different prices on it and he unprompted to do so, honoured the cheaper of the 2 tags. Mark has went above & beyond for customer satisfaction and I hope he is recognised for his exceptional public commun
We went to all Saints to see if they had a certain colour in stock. I wasn't so lucky, but a great staff member said she would have it sent. I opted for the lighter leather
