The manager of this site must recognise the exceptional kindness & customer service from the barista ‘karolina’. An absolute asset to the company. From a business owners point of view staff like this need recognised!
Always very welcoming and excellent service. Standards are high in a chain such as this but they are always maintained and are cannot recommend it enough.
I love coming here in the morning. Karolina, the barista who serves me daily is a beautiful person! Friendly welcoming and really does pay attention to you! The other guys who work here are so attentive and are always working hard. Everyone who works here has an amazing relationship with their customers.
Staff are knowledgeable about coffee and are confident in answering any questions!

Nice coffee shop, what you'd expect from a Costa, good accessibility for wheel chair users from within the shopping centre, off the street there is a large step in the shop down to the serving area, so keep that in mind if you are a wheelchair user.
Had a lovely Megapint of hot chocolate here and enjoyed great service. Toilet probably need a clean. Speedy WiFi.

lovely staff, great location, clean and tidy. I really hoped during the refit the step on the entrance from the centre could have been rectified despite the tape it is a hazard a poor young lady went tumbling on our visit. Also please adjust the AC its really not necessary or the eco friendly to have it so cold its Newcastle after all not the South of France.
Always a pleasure to visit this branch of Costa. The staff are all friendly and willing to help and will fetch your items to a table for you when you are laden with shopping bags. The manager takes the time to chat with her regular customers and makes them feel valued which is a fantastic thing to see in today's world.
always lovely and polite staff who you can tell work hard to make sure you have a lovely time within the shop. One member of staff called Stacey is an excellent repeesentive of Costa always serves with a smile and always see her going the extra mile for people. :)
Amazing as everrr. Good queue system, sanitizer right at the door. Still can pick our sandwiches etc n hand it over the counter ( I was not sure if we still could but we can) Brilliantly festive drinks. Lovely options. Well done.
Busy but always good coffee. Well worth the time if you're in need of a recharge or killing time in Gosforth. The staff work well to keep the place tidy, but don't expect a quiet time, it's a regular turn over and a favourite haunt of the school kids and their parents.
Karolina deserves a raise. Always very kind and accomodating when I come in with my little son. He loves going there for breakfast. Thanks!
