I reluctantly joined the queue when it was already half way into Northumberland Street out the shop. Within about 5 mins, i was at the front of the queue receiving my toasted paninis. Good service and great value for money. The paninis were surprisingly tasty for the little money I paid for them. I'll be popping in again soon.
I have been here numerous times with my partner as an easy lunch option. You'd think that the cheaper prices mean a lower quality of food, but this couldn't be further from the truth. The menu is varied and each item is tasty in its own right. I highly recommend the loaded fries - they are surprisingly decadent!
The premises are small and can get rightly packed considering how popular this place is. The tables are a little close together and the tall seats aren't the most comfortable either. They could definitely do with a slightly larger customer floor space. However, this being said, the place is generally pretty clean and has a bright, modern feel to it. The staff are lovely and very professional, can't fault them. Overall, superb choice for breakfast or pick l lunch.

The staff are very friendly and professional, always nice to see them having one-to-one interactions with visitors.
The food is on par with the other takeaway places around Northumberland Street but is a little bit cheaper so it's the best option.
The place is a bit small admittedly but it at least adds a homelier vibe to eating in.
Would recommend
Good place to grab quick bite to eat.
Nice food at moderate price, not as cheap as it used to be and no toilets now. Need toilets when you eat and drink in a place, that's my opinion anyway.
Staff aren't friendly, your served and that's it no friendliness or smiles.you do get served quite quickly. Clean enough and few tables and chairs to sit at.
Get local bus into town or metro to monument or haymaket to Northumberland street
Would go back and family and friends already visit x
Food is delicious and very cheap. Workers are nice and friendly. Would recommend coming here for any meal of the day
Good place to go for a quick bite. Good prices and good selection, definitely a good lunch spot to eat in or take out and eat near Haymarket. I got a tuna, mayo and sweet corn cheese melt (as a meal- with chips and a drink), for £5.64. It was tasty, however there wasn't a lot of corn. Quick and professional service.
Great food at a fabulous price. Ate here each day during our recent trip to Newcastle. The jacket potatoes are just perfect. If you're vegan or plant based try the roast veg topping minus the added cheese. It's filling and delicious.
Great for breakie full breakfast that I didn't have to take an overdraft to have and enjoy.
Friendly knowledgable staff. Quick service with a smile
Cheap, fast and acceptable.
Good place if you don’t have enough time for lunch.
Everyone here will be high efficiency.
Menu is abundant, pizza, burger, jack potato, roll, salad. Good for vegans as well.
