Great customer service and a lovely warm welcome but unfortunately we got the last of the chips, which weren't very warm and were a bit tired! If we'd been just two minutes later we'd have had fresh chips. Qué Cera.

Definitely the best fish and chips you'll get in Newcastle. Staff are really friendly too! No card machine so please order online via their website or bring cash (free cashpoint round the corner at the nearby Post Office/corner shop)
It's a very busy/popular chippy but you never have to wait long to be served, we generally phone our order in & it's always ready on time

I didn't need to worry as the chips were good, the curry tastey, and the fish cake an excellent quality all reasonably priced, and they do delivery.

Nice fish and chips but if you just call in off the street, you wait ages for the fish to fry. They don't have them ready. They seem preoccupied with lots of takeaway orders. If you have plenty of time to wait they're nice but if you're pushed for time don't out yourself through the stress
