I went to Pizza hut on Thursday 1st June at lunchtime for some food before I went to the cinema,I was very impressed and happy with the customer service and the atmosphere was really welcoming and friendly. I would certainly go time and time again and I'd hight recommend it for a bite to eat as the food there is #AMAZING and so tasty and the menu has a great variety of different pizzas etc xx
I came here with a friend today and we both received excellent service,staff engaged in nice conversation with us,told us about an app and some special deals,made us feel very welcomed and the food was just as good. I need to come here more often.....

We brought our daughter & 2 of her friends for her birthday, lovely Girl called Ann served us, she was lovely, very friendly & fast service too, food was lovely xx

It's always quite hard to rate a chain of restaurants as they are all pretty much the same. The only real thing that let this Pizza Hut down was the mess all over the floor, it was clear that due to lack of waiting on staff that cleaning of the floor was not high on the agenda. There was a specific table where there was bits of pizza and salad all over the floor and it was directly enroute to the drinks station so it made it quite hard to avoid.
I am not a pizza lover but my grandson wanted to go as he loves pizza.
Was my husband and I 1st time there on 4/4/24 would like to say what a lovely experience. A lovely member of staff called Luke helped to make that visit a nice one he was also pleasant helpful and good fun what a lovely man he is an asset to the place. I can honestly say we enjoyed our visit. Good job our son and his wife were with us as we didnt know how to order online whilst sat at the table. But I'm sure Luke at Silverlink pizza hut would have gone out of his way to show us. Thanks again Luke for the excellent service.

Beautiful pizza, salad bar. Fresh and in my opinion the best pizza you can get at the moment in the area. However it is very pricey, cost £60 for 3 people. Ouch! Staff sat us at table but didn't seem to want to serve, they would rather you do it on the app. Which they push on you slightly. Overall experience 3/5.
Just went for the lunch time buffet at the silverlink pizza hut, food was amazing and fresh.
Like who works there aswell was so friendly and funny like talking to a friend

Hello! I brought a big group of 40+ people to your Pizza Hut Restaurant a few days ago. I just want to say a big THANK YOU for making my and my club's (Tigers Basketball Club) experience awesome! the group that I brought was the kids from 5 years old to 16 year olds and about 10 parents, you even allocated us more seats which allowed more parents to stay and enjoy the meal! I couldn't find your restaurant more helpful that what it was, you went above and beyond. Also, Elisha (the girl that was looking after our group) she was great! Amazing customer service, super patient with the kids, and nothing was a problem (even when I was requesting more things that what we have ordered origiinally). I tried to keep the noise the level to a minimum (I am sure you hear me shouting' Tigers') and made sure the team didn't leave too much much after. A massive thank you from all of us! Thank you once again and I will definately recommend to my friends and we will be back :) The smiles on the kids (and parents) faces show how awesome the night was!
Mac Attack pizzas was great. I had Mac & Cheese pizza along the side of cheesy bites with bacon and it was lovely. Staff was very friendly and communicative when needed. Plenty of options for bottomless drinks from cola to tango and with flavours
Hot honey pizzas are delicious!! Luke who works there has excellent customer service and a great attitude:)
Attended with my daughter, and were greeted with a friendly and helpful service. Food was brought to the table hot and they accommodated for my needs with regards to my food sensitivities. Thank you so much, we will be back!
