We went there and had a great night, fab food and great service. Definitely recommend the new concept restaurant. Can't wait for the live entertainment!

Another visit to TGI Fridays and yes another fabulous lunch this time off the £7 lunch menu which I very much enjoyed, good value for money for such beautiful food well done TGI. A warm and friendly atmosphere and excellent staff that paid attention to detail, we will be back.
Cocktails were amazing husband tried Ones he had never had before and was very impressed as was I with the mocktails as I was driving a good choice and all with fresh fruit only negative a little to much ice in a couple of mocktails and not enough juice but very tasty and I didn't feel like I was missing out on a cocktail with alcohol as they were so nice! Tried a few of the food dishes and wasn't disappointed loved the jack Daniels sauce! We really enjoyed the band and music they played hats off to them all especially lad on box drum!!

The staff are some of the nicest people on this Earth. So friendly and welcoming. I love TGI Fridays and will always visit for food and drink. Never a bad experience.
Great food! Great service! Much better than other TGI Fridays I've visited. Decor and atmosphere was great, plus the live music was a great touch x
First time I have visited a TGI's and what a great experience, my husband and I took my 4 year old daughter and the staff were so lovely the way that they interacted with her and there customer service was great, food was hot and had to wait a little bit but didn't spoil our experience, would recommend to anyone with children and the place is really clean, great job TGIs

Lovely city views. Staff were all nice and friendly and kept refills of drinks coming. Food was good and so were the cocktails. �
I went for bottomless brunch. On arrival my group was taken straight to our table, service was a bit slow to get to our table (it was starting to get busy), but once our order was taken the food came out fast and tasted great. Toni came back from her break while we was eating and took over service for my table, she cleared the table as soon as we finished our food and made sure to come back to refill drinks once finished. Highly recommend.

My first time giving TGI a try.
We visited when it was quiet, got greeted warmly as soon as we walked through the door.
We got seated by the window and our server, Toni, dropped off menus and was great at suggesting us food. We opted for Cajun chicken pasta and a children's meal.
My mam is, dare I say it, very plain 🤣
The kinda gal who'd breathe fire eating the mildest chilli on earth so she risked ordering the Cajun pasta, like me.
Very generous portions when it came to all our meals, served very hot. My mam did struggle with the Cajun spiced chicken but she soldiered on through as she was wiping sweat from her brow, what a trooper! Haha.
I personally didn't find the meal spicy, just the usual Cajun kick.
Toni popped back mid meal to see how we were getting on and asked if the meal was okay. My mam told her it was a bit spicy and she was apologetic and nice enough to offer an alternative dish for her but my mam politely declined and instead reached for the mayonnaise bottle to tone her dish down.
When Toni came to clear our table she suggested I downloaded the app to earn points on our visit and to also get the children's meal for FREE.
Say no more, done & done 👍

I think I'd definitely visit another TGI Friday's venue but Eldon Square branch will be my go to choice if I'm in the area.
Came here to TGI Fridays for lunch with my friend, been here many times before. Our server Rebekka was lovely and always had a smile. We ordered items from the set lunch menu and also from the main menu. The order was taken but it took 45mins for any food to be served even though we saw dishes sitting on the pass for ages. We take advantage of the 241 cocktail offer aswell which was delicious, wish I could have tried all of them.
The sesame chicken strips was amazing, could have done with more sauce on it as it was abit dry and unevenly coated. My friend order the sesame strips and burger which was a generous portion for the 2 course. Love how you get options of so many upgrades for fries. The menu selection has a little bit of everything so there is something for everyone. I would say overall it's on the pricey side but no bad for a catch up with friends. Took a while to ask for the bill and pay but I could see it was quite busy so just waited.
Went for my daughters birthday. Pleasant service, nice food. Prices are on the high side. It took a while to get the food and the mens bathroom was flooded. However, this was beyond the staff on the floors control. Overall 4/5 and everyone did a good job and it was a enjoyed by all.
Classic TGI. The steak was really good. The canjun salad also. The onion rings were little boring but ok. The service was great. We had to wait a little longer. So they gave us a discount. And they checked the food and don’t serve the wrong order. They were also very friendly in checking allergies etc.
Very nice scran and sat at a view over to waterstones so had fun people watching. Our waitress Sophie was so lovely as well. Highly recommend 😋
A great TGIF restaurant with a great staff to go along with it. Quick service and good food. Value for money and food presentation (on the dishes I had atleast) were great. We got a great table overlooking the street; a good view. A Tuesday evening well spent, would recommend anyone thinking of going here to do so. Great for big groups aswell!

I really like this place. Food was delicious and we had a great time. The food was so good my daughter finished her meal was surprising. Our server was also very polite and made the experience more pleasant.

Went here yesterday with some close friends for a get together and I can only say positive things. Our server Autumn was lovely, chatty and friendly. Nothing seemed like too much of a problem for them to do for us. Dani, who brought over some of our order, was also right friendly. Food was grand, first beef burger I've had in a long while and I enjoyed it. Desserts good too! Would reccomend and go back again if I was in Newcastle. :)
Love going here it's close to all the shops and a nice place to eat. I recommend this place to all who like fine food at good prices.
