Ship Inn - Newcastle upon Tyne - Photo album

Great bar..and so so clean with pool table and quiet lounge. Books to read and great locals drink here. Not to be missed if in newcastle. Good place to take a new girlfriend. Next to great restaurants.
Nice old world charm..Well priced drinks. Lovely customer service. Went in for drinks before and after a meal at geisha which is conveniently next door.
Very chill place, buzzing it's one of my lady's locals. Dog friendly also. Will totes be visiting again soon
A real traditional pub, doesn’t feel like a generic corporate pub, great staff and lovely customers, even has food on when certain games are on tv. A local favourite
The most friendly welcome pub in the area! Kate and Scott are the best hosts.
Lovely traditional pub with comfortable atmosphere. Good selection of drinks and welcoming staff.
No complaints spic and span pub where you can have a relaxed evening
Quiet but not unexpected given time and day
Great welcome from the lady behind the bar it was a late Sunday afternoon and a good selection of beers and lagers the place had a good crowd in too. The place is clean and tidy and I enjoyed all aspects of the pub.
Had a great Sunday lurch here after reading a recent recommendation by the Evening chronicle. Found the staff very friendly and the pub had a nice atmosphere. The food was very tasty with the beef being cooked perfectly, veg had a nice bite, tasty Yorkshires and roasties served with a nice rich grav
A quiet pub on the Thursday I was there but that's exactly what I wanted to catch up with mates I'd not seen in years. A decent pulled pint of Guinness and a friendly atmosphere are worth a visit.
Best pub I’ve ever been to, staff are lovely and owners are too. Such a lovely atmosphere and place to be. After visiting the ship wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Sunday dinners are amazing and would highly recommend. Overall an amazing environment, you won’t be disappointed
Lovely friendly pub, nice atmosphere, not expensive for drinks, nice and relaxing place to go. The bands they have on a Saturday night are brilliant. Can't speak highly enough of the place.
I'm here tonight with my family for a gig with prog rock band Palladium. We're having a great time, enjoying their music, their own songs from their album "Beyond the Red Curtain" and other cover songs, a good mixture of genres. This pub has an area for bands and there's enough room for the audience
lovely friendly owners, nice bar staff, made a genuine effort to make us feel welcome. nice beer and food, sunday dinner is incredible! looking forward to trying the new menu!!!
