Always a great eating place wherever you are in the country. Staff here are very pleasant and professional. A credit to the company.
So many Greggs in Newcastle! This one is 5 minutes from my hotel and great pit stop for breakfast. Much better value compared to the hotel fare. Friendly staff and very popular with the locals - love the steak bakes and jam donuts.
Fantastic that this takeaway is open after midnight in Newcastle's home town, allowing me to gobble up a pizza around 3am!
Tried something different the Mexican wrap with chicken.
Wrap was spot on the staff were laughing. Good atmosphere :).

Lovely place. Glad it's open late on a Friday/Saturday night into the wee small hours. Just wished Gregg's would actually acknowledge this on their website. Attached is a photo showing it open at 11pm for all the doubters

There is nothing like a bit of Greggs - especially in Newcastle (it's founding city). Decided to takeout from one of the many stores here - and since we were in the North East, they have stotties on the menu - this is what I wanted to go for. It was half of a whole one, but very substantial even so. There were two flavours - cheese & onion or tuna mayo stottie. Very reasonable for £2.55. Could go for anything else on the menu.

Ran out of bacon at 10.45....not good, usually great though...
It's Greggs enough said cracking pasties and cakes.

Always good to drop in to Gregg's even though prices are going through the roof when u gotta eat and drink the staff always takes the flack wheres the bosses on holiday spending our good money
Lovely bacon sandwiches and tea. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is plenty of room to enjoy to relax in and take in the atmosphere.
