Wow just read a review on here from a percefiani probably spelled wrong, poor food quality ?.... wow, best burgers I have tasted, Yes you can go to burger king or McD's and pay less, but I am happy to pay for a great quality burger and 5 guys burgers are second to none, yes ok the fries are pricey but they don't force you to buy them. I used to go to Burger king often, but 5 guys opened and thought I'd give it a go, wow 8.95 for a bacon cheese burger...pricey, ate it, worth every penny.
Went here for a date night pricy but worth every penny literally the best burgers we ever had and I happly munched the chips and I'm not a huge chip fan plus the milkshakes were amazing we will definitely be going again :)
Me and my daughter love it I've been before with my son he loved it to but the price is high but we think it's better than mcds and burger king at least you can do it your way than have a standard menu � sweet
If you're expecting a 5 star resteraunt then you may well be very disappointed. Why then have I given it 5 stars? Because it does exactly what it says on the tin. It delivers top quality fast food, delivered with a smile. Yes, it's more expensive than the run of the mill high street burger restaurants, but, the ingredients used are far superior. The fries are cooked to perfection using locally sourced potatoes. Will definitely be going back again!
Always 5 star. The constant stream of deliveroo drivers confirm this. The best burger you will get in the UK hands down. If there is 5 guys near you go there now!
Blows McDonald's and Burger King clean out the water! The burgers are the best Iv had from any fast food restaurant around and the chips are to die for, especially being cooked in peanut oil it gives them that extra special taste. My daughter said the beef cheese dogs are well yummy lol. Keep up the great work guys!

The fries are easily the best fries I have ever had and the extra fries in the bag are a lot of value.
The burger was a bit greasy but overall really good and customisable as well
Simple, tasty food, freshly cooked and constantly good. Great choice of toppings for your burger so you can essentially design your own and try something different each time. Staff are always friendly and they get your food to you as fast as possible.
Whole place, including WC very clean.
Food is well cooked and tasty. When compared to other restaurants, five guys are the best ... Reason behind it - from the bill counter to the food supply you can find people with a smiling face.. When you are having difficulty in ordering they pleasantly help you to order even if there is a queue behind you. They are customer friendly and not money oriented.

I love the burger and shake so much
Five Guys always delivers high quality, freshly made, real ingredients without all the fast food additives. Yes the wait time is longer than traditional fast food but always worth it. Burger and fries (shared) plus soft drink was £30 for two so it's pricey. Too expensive for daily or even weekly consumption on my budget but for a treat it's marvelous old fashioned grub.
The view is amazing if you go upstairs. Definitely, I'll come back to try another burger.
Very expensive but the quality of food justifies the price. Clean restaurant with a good overall vibe to it. I got medium fries which is more than enough for one person. However, the burger could've been bigger and we had to wait awhile for the food.
Our 1st time to 5 guys and it will be a come to place next time we’re in Newcastle.
Service was great and guy who served me was polite and helpful.He made a couple of suggestions as what to combine so the flavours would enhance each other.
Quite simply,the nicest fast food meal I’ve had.most definitely worth paying the extra for it.
We didn’t wait for long to receive food either.The chips were crunchy and fresh.
I recommend the hot sauce and mustard in the burger and the caramel and bacon shake.

🍔FIVE GUYS. All the hype in Malaysia over the new branch that opened in Genting Highlands, where people queue in the morning and finally enter the burger chain restaurant in evening!
When I saw this store in Newcastle's central area, I just HAD TO TRY IT.

🧀I ordered the Classic Cheeseburger - I had the option of choosing ANY 15 toppings. I chose all of it. Haha.. It was really really delicious. The beef patties were rich and juicy, the sauces were amazing.
🥛As for the Milkshakes, we had the option of choosing ANY 10 mix-ins. You could choose all of them if you wanted. I'd say that the milkshakes are lovely, but very much on the sweet side.
🍟Fries with the sauces, especially with the MALT VINEGAR, was a favourite of mine. Something our Malaysian Fast Food chains should consider implementing.
Lovely to have experienced Five Guys Burgers and Milkshakes! 😁😁 I wonder if it's the same experience in Malaysia.
*I must mention that Mafalda and Shawn, both staff at Five Guys, were the most accommodating staff, which added greatly to the 5 star experience. Kudos to them for being the best!

My top 3 burger joints in Newcastle! Burgers are freshly prepared right in front of you and are always amazing. The fries are fresh too but differ slightly every visit so sometimes they are amazing and sometimes they are okay. Having the drink machines and free refills is something I wish everywhere had!
The burger was one of the best I've had and the fries (which seemed to never run out) were perfect. I had previously gone past and thought it was too expensive but now that the other fast food places around here are putting up their prices, I decided to give it a go and for a few pounds more, the difference was dramatic. If you are tempted to get a quick burger, here is worth the slight extra cost
First time here, food was amazing, fast service, friendly staff, well presented not slapped together. Will return.
