Probably the City Central curry house I have visited the most. Located on the mega Grey Street, it's been around for quite some time.
It's good for quick take out or group sit in feasts (I've been in with a fairly boisterous stag party as well as many more sober, small group visits).
Maybe a tad old
What a cracking find! Thali selection was spot on!
To top it off it serves until the early hours in the morning!

Great food and friendly staff and very reasonable prices, we had read some reviews saying the staff were not friendly, we could not fault them, well worth a visit.
Never normally review restaurants but my wife and myself have just had a great meal at Tandoori Nights.

On of the oldest and best indian restaurants in Newcastle food was fabulous and same owner still there from as long as I can remember perfect service every time
Fantastic meal. Slightly squashed not much room on table for 7 people. Doesn't matter as food was superb
