Came for bottomless brunch yesterday with a group of 11 of us, we were worried service might not be too quick as we were a large group to serve and it was bank holiday Sunday but the service was amazing. Wish I remembered our servers name because he was excellent! 10/10 for the bottomless brunch her
This might sound like a paid review but it isn't. We found this pub on a rainy April afternoon after walking for ages looking for a dog friendly establishment. They welcomed the 10 of us with open arms. It was a Wednesday afternoon so it wasn't to busy. Our kids were delighted with the choices they
Lovely place and food. Other customers were so friendly, I was on my own waiting for my son, and some ladies gave me a prosecco from their bottomless brunch. I think they thought I'd been stood up 😂

Amazing pud to watch the match! Came in for the Newcastle match last week and the atmosphere was great. Special shout out to Jess, Andrew, Joe, Ruth, Courtney and Harvey for their amazing service. Super friendly and made lush drinks!!
Courtney was an amazing host, couldn’t fault her at all. The bottomless brunch was the best we’ve ever had, brilliant selection of drinks and the food was lovely, thanks to Toby too who checked in on us during the brunch
Food was good but since we ordered more food at lunch they tool almost an hour to make it. I was because of holidays but still they could do a better job.
Anyways, food was good. Loved pizza there.
Courtney and Ryan were fabulous, it was a busy post match weekend and the atmosphere was great, busy and organised. Food was great, but the standout was the service, both of these guys were attentive, professional and friendly. It was a bottomless brunch, they made some fab recommender cocktails wh
Go the Newcastle a fair bit for gigs on my own. Tend to eat here because the food is good and reasonably priced. Beer good too and staff always very pleasant and attentive.Seen some great live music too and Quayside is such a magical place.
Absolutely fantastic bottomless brunch! Felt very welcome by Andy and Betsy our server, drinks were coming as soon as we had finished and the food was spot on! All premium drinks and tasted delicious! We will be back! Thanks once again 👌🏽
Bottomless brunch was fantastic. Got great service from Vicki (so good I don’t remember leaving) food was lovely. Will definitely be back for another. Great food and drinks options
We always here at least 3-4 times a week. Staff are absolutely amazing, very polite, easy to chat. I've got few favorites in here too like Joe, Andrew, Ruth, Courtney, Kiara, Toby. These ppl are absolutely amazing very friendly. Talking about the atmosphere this is one of the best sports bars in New

Absolutely class, 10/10 would brunch again.

Nice pub, beer good and atmosphere was ok. We went on a Wednesday night and it was about a 3rd full. Big screens showing football, and window seats great to watch the nightlife passing by.
Went for valentines meal, the food was excellent and the place felt super clean and comforting. Was served mostly by Jessica who was super friendly and made me some excellent cocktails.
We will be back 😊
Harvey at the Akenside was an absolute breath of fresh air such a nice well mannered bar tender nothing was to much trouble for him, he needs paying more, absolutely awesome guy the lovely Betsy too, wish I had staff like this in Nottingham, absolute 10 out of10🤩
Had my birthday there for bottomless brunch.. the service was outstanding, the food beautiful and the drink were kept flowing .. had the best day. Would recommend to everyone
Our family made a short stop in Newcastle while on holiday and spent the day walking all around town, taking in some of the sights and getting a feel for the place so that we can properly visit another time. We made our way to the bridges and Quayside by sundown and Akenside Traders caught our eye.
