Delicious tapas last night in Sabas, our table wasn't ready when we arrived, but we were shown to the bar for some pre dinner drinks and then a very polite member of staff took us and our drinks to the table. The service was prompt and friendly throughout the evening. We ordered 5 dishes, a few beer

The pizza was perfection, I tried both the Americana and the Sabra (not entirely sure I spelled that right). And the carbonara looked exquisite, didn't have it tho. There was a bit of a wait however. The staff were polite and helpful. The music was beautiful. Cheers
Lovely atmosphere, great staff. The zucchini starter was lovely, and the pasta was the best I've had since my trip to Venice. Zombie cocktail is a must! Very strong but great if you like rum. Only two things, the sides are very small for the price and I couldn't see a disabled toilet. My mam would
Very pleasant great food. A bit Pricey especially the drinks unless they are doing 2 4 1.
Food is good enough, although there is room for improvement. Pleasant and helpful service.
Great food! Very surprised to find pane carasau in New Castel. The menu offers some very traditional Sardinia dishes. Highly recommended!
First time here, and first time at an Italian tapas restaurant. Absolutely beautiful food. Would definitely return and recommend
I came here to eat with my family as it was within walking distance from our hotel and the choice of food looked really good from the outdoor menu. The staff were very welcoming, the lighting was low as it was the evening and there were plenty of tables available, we hadn't booked so we were happy t
Second visit for tea with friends. Lovely friendly, helpful staff, nice atmosphere, fantastic food. Two for one mojitos which were delicious. Varied menu with tapas options / half portions, can be a very reasonable priced meal depending on your wants/ budget. I would be happy to recommend Sabas &
What a find! Great 2 for 1 cocktail deals, lovely staff. Felt very looked after in here
Came with a Stag do and the staff were brilliant. Special mention to Colette who was our main server, she was very patient, pleasant and friendly. Food was well cooked and reasonably priced. They did take a little while to get all the food out but 11 pizzas at once is quite a lot in their pizza ove
Excellent food! Since the menu has been updated to Tapas, you get to taste all of the Italian flavours and delicacies in one meal. Thoroughly enjoyed my Father’s Day meal with my father he here this weekend. Cocktails are excellent. Service is phenomenal.
Amazing this is about the 900th my fiancée and I have been. We now live 60miles away and still go whenever we are in Newcastle. Staff are amazing always friendly and always have time for a conversation Great restaurant one of the best in Newcastle. Food is a great mix of everything from steak to sea
Menu is very limited and I'm in doubts if this place will accommodate dogs. You can however expect great customer service, delicious food, fair prices and great atmosphere! I'm so happy we've decided to pop in and try Saba's out. Thank you for turning time spent there into extraordinary experience!
