A nice place with a good atmosphere. The recent change to the chips from frozen to home made has made this place much better. Emma, our server was great and and made us all smile.
Have passed this place many times, tried it today. Food was absolutely amazing, cooked to perfection, tender and very tasty. Huge portions too. John served us, excellent service and he was very helpful. Thank you for great service and food.
Always wanted to visit here after hearing many good reviews about the place, food was really really nice, I have no complaints at all. The large parmo is really large and it was delicious.
Choice of drinks could be improved however.
I also think the amount of delivery drivers that are constantly in and out of the door and standing around the door, let it down a bit, would maybe be best if there was a separate entrance for them.
Staff were all friendly, service was quick once we got seated.

Superb service from Lexi, the food and drinks are also amazing. It’s a good choice if you wanna have dinner with ur friends. Highly recommend chicken cajun wrap!

Had a very nice dinner here today, the food was spot on and very quick the order was made. Great service by Farhan making sure everything was spot on. Also great service from the other waiter's when needing assistance.

Really enjoyable place for food, have to say the staff in there were excellent especially one individual whose name was Harry. Always ensured we were well looked and had great customer service by recommending certain foods we were wanting. Overall great experience with food and staff

Farhan was an amazing server giving incredible service and making sure my needs were taking care of. The food was amazing as usual full of authentic flavours I recommend the waka waka chicken Caribbean to experience some beautiful flavours.
Huge portions and great value for money. Regular parmesan is big enough to serve two.
The tables/booths are very cramped to maximise space, which does make the seating areas a bit uncomfortable.
First time here nd really enjoyed our meal there was 4 adults nd 3 children we all got something different nd would definitely recommend nd the staff where lovely and helpful especially Bradley

Hi we recently visited Manjaros Sunderland from arriving to leaving we were extremely pleased.the food was exceptional one of the best parmos I have ever tasted so well done to the staff who prepared the food it was well presented and the taste was out this world the lady that served us her name was Sophie she was very pleasant and asked us if we needed anything else she made our visit even better she also explained that there will be more things going on the menu so we will definitely be back again so once again can I say thank you for a good experience the food was outstanding and Sophie she went out her way to help you so a big thank you to her 👏👏 keep up the good work and this place will be packed every week
Firstly I would like to leave a comment about my server Rodrigo I have to say best server I've had by far anywhere I've been honest friendly and always smiles and uses manners makes you feel like ur at home please don't let him go and for the chef santhosh omg best chef I've ever had food is presented great food there's no words for how amazing the food is leaves you full feels like you've eaten proper homemade food and honestly I'm not normally fond of food from other countries but my god I love manjaros thank you all staff at the Newcastle manjaros you provide a great service and amazing food I recommend to everyone who visits Newcastle
Was here for the first time this week, lovely food. Our waitress Emma was dead helpful and friendly. She made sure everything was OK and when I asked for a drink of tap water as I felt a tickle, she brought it straight over. So mature for a young girl.
