Revised review. The food is amazing. The best carvery I've tried. Deserts are amazing and homemade enormous portions! Kids play area has since had a refurb. The service is excellent by all front of house. Do an extraordinary job considering how busy this place gets they always have a smile on thei
Food was absolutely unreal (carvery) , filled me up, the hot choc brownie was so good and the service was super friendly and efficient.
We visited as a family and had a lovely meal. The restaurant has undergone some changes since our last visit. It's now much larger and open planned. Like I say, the food was lovely. Starters, main and desert and the place itself is nice and relaxing and comfortable. The staff were friendly and answe
We visit this establishment often and the staff and service is always impeccable. We visited today and a lovely lady named Amy was so attentive and made sure we had all our meals, she was so down to earth and made a special effort with my niece and made her the most delicious ice-cream. So as a fami

We had our evening meal here yesterday, our eldest is very picky and our youngest has a allergy, I was so pleased with the menu as it had something to please our picky eater and was inclusive for our youngest. I'd like to make special mention to the staff member who was extremely helpful in assistin
Food was fine but the staff especially Danielle she was amazing so bubbly and made you feel so comfortable while ordering at the bar. Also Amy was so helpful and sorted any issues we had. Also Callum was lovely around the tables thank you.
Amazing quality of food for breakfast. Staff were so friendly.
No beef. Oven issues. Other than that it was good. Went back last week. My daughter had mac and cheese from the menu. She said it was tasty. AGAIN NO BEEF on the carvery. Gammon was like a cheap joint. No grain to the meat and "plasticky" . Chef on this occasion was a misery it was as if he didn't
Waitress was absolutely perfect so polite and nothing was too much of a bother for her. Food was brilliant as always and well priced. Come here every Friday near enough because we know what the food is like
Visited again for a carvery as usual service first class. Food almost as good as home Cooked. Gravy a little too thick looked like liquid chocolate but still nice. All staff very helpful and polite can't find any faults.
Lovely friendly staff serving good value tasty food. Always made to feel welcome and always manage to fit us in regardless of how busy they are. Highly recommend a visit.
Dylan was really helpful throughout. As a solo diner, I was a little nervous to eat alone, but he found me a quiet spot out of the way (as I'd asked) to make me comfortable. I ordered through the app, the food and drink arrived quickly and was lovely! Lovely service overall, would definitely return
Attended with 4 residents from local carehome and the staff were very attentive. One resident wanted something totally off menu and they were very accommodating.
A fantastic family-friendly restaurant located in close proximity to Newcastle Airport, we enjoyed a delightful evening meal here the night before our flight. Highly recommended for its warm atmosphere and accommodating staff, despite being busy, they managed to fit us in. It was a perfect way to ki
The place and service are really good, with the staff being friendly. The food is generally really good. The only thing being that some of the food is probably a little bit too oily on some of the fried stuff, but then again it is fried. But still better than the majority of places where the food is
Lovley, clean, family pub with a great atmosphere and lovely staff. It's quite a large open pub with a separate kids area, I have never been forced to sit in there with my child, but more often than not choose to. The staff are usually great but today when I went in with my 6 year old we were greete
The atmosphere was amazing the food was outstanding I have to say the cakes are amazing. There was a lady called Emma she went above and for us even though she was so busy she always had the time for the customers the waiter’s were so lovely always had a smile on their faces if you needed anything
