Crows Nest - Newcastle upon Tyne - Photo album

For a Friday night in town, taking the kids to eat here was okay and could be booked in advance. The pub was busy, with what appeared to be a pub quiz going on, and our reserved table wasn't ready, as people had taken over it. The staff quickly got the table ready, but it was over 40 minutes before
Classic pub with an eclectic crowd and a decent range of drinks. Plenty of seating, decent quick food and loads of huge TVs showing sport.
Our attention was drawn by the name Crows Nest as this is a rough translation of my name and is my wifi id 😄 and secondly because the days special was steak and ale pie, which is a relic of my Australian heritage. Loved the food and atmosphere.
Great pub with good choice of beers and gins. Pleasant staff and nice atmosphere.
Amazing pub! My wife and I were visiting New Castle. We stumbled apon this pub. The bar tenders were an amazing and friendly bunch. I didn't know what beer to choose. The suggestion for Beak Brewery Imperial Stout was a wonderful suggestion! Also was able to sample a few beers they had on tap. I lov
Decent range of drinks (I had a Wylam Jakehead - the Cloud water was finished) and good for sports watching with one big screen and multiple smaller screens (I was there for Arsenal Vs NUFC 24/02/24). I didn't eat but what went passed looked good - recommended
This is a very good city centre bar, traditional decor and a small outdoor area. It's spacious and has a good selection of ales and lagers. Very handy for a bus or metro.
Nice place. Basic bar food at a reasonable price. Staff were nice. Definitely worth a visit.
I came here with my family whilst on a trip to Newcastle. The staff were so lovely and couldn't do enough for us. Will definitely go back 🥰
Gorgeous place, fantastic staff. Had a local beer which was great, but a touch pricy in my opinion. I would happily return tho.
Came in today as a off chance for lunch as the other Green king opposite was over a hour wait for food, not used here before and now glad I have as found a hidden gem! Really nice old style aesthetics, calm customer base, food was of any top quality restaurant I had the steak and ale pie and the gra

Very friendly and service excellent from Gareth. As a retired RVI group ,we have lunch regularly and Gareth makes us very welcome 👍👍👍
Just popped in for a quiet pint and a snack. Lasses behind the bar very friendly/helpful, only in for half an hour but will pop back in the not too distant future, had a good feel about it
Booked a table with a few friends and asked about disabled access, they said they would put out the ramp to the front and move are table next to the disabled toilet. On arrival the bar maid came out to help us in and the same on the way out. Great friendly service and great food
Good bar. Nice atmosphere especially on a match day and a great pint of Guiness.
