Fantastic food. Waitress was helpful and bubbly. Kept checking we were ok and would stop for a quick chat if she was able to.
Arrived at the Hotel late around 9:30pm hungry and tired. Luckily the restaurant's last order is 10pm.
Friendly staff and dishes came out quickly.
Loved the Carbonara and dessert. Spot on. Got my fill and had a good restful night at the Double Tree Hilton Hotel
We had the Calzone, it was great. I now won't be able to eat anything else until at least tomorrow.
Food was lovely, nice atmosphere, and a comfy place to share a meal with your dad. If I'm down Newcastle way again I'd definitely think about coming back here.
A lovely restaurant for afternoon tea, enjoyed by myself & my daughter. Staff perform excellently; polite, friendly and attentive. A superb selection of delicious sandwiches and mini desserts accompanied by decent prosecco and coffee. Air conditioning perfectly set in a spotlessly clean, modern & spacious setting. We will be visiting again.
I had a lovely meal at Fratello's while staying at the DoubleTree hotel. The fish and chips were cooked to perfection, and not greasy at all. I opted for the Biscoff cheesecake to finish, a fantastic choice. The service was efficient and the staff had a friendly smile.
Everytime I areive to Newcastle International Airport that restaurant is a must to visit. I've tried many their food and all are delicious!

Great pasta and pizza (a bit too much garlic though), and fair prices. Ways better that anything you could get at the airport. We had a 2 hours stay at Newcastle airport and walked the 600 meters by foot. Totally worth it!

She had the pasta which had loads of spicy sausage through it, I had a sirloin steak and it was seriously very good, and very little fat, perfectly cooked and a lovely pepper corn sauce
Staff were attentive and not in your face, also very good
