Can use tastecard getting 2 for 1 discount. Starter and main are both delicious, but dissert is not tasty. Very cheap and worthwhile for the price we paid.

Can't fault the food or staff. Just be careful if ordering unlimited procecco as the glasses/flutes are only half filled. But staff couldn't do enough to help you.

The food was phenomenal! It was great for students as we went between Sunday and Thursday for 30% off. Ed was very helpful and made our experience excellent. I will definitely come back to eat here again!

A nice place to eat during a shopping trip in Newcastle. Restaurant was not too busy at the time of arrival and got seated by a staff member very quickly. Tables clean and could see staff cleaning tables not long after customers had left. Menu choices were great. Ate cheesy garlic doughballs for starters which were delicious. The main course which was spaghetti and meatballs were also very tasty. Didn't have to wait long for food and both dishes came out at a nice temperature. One of the best spaghetti and meatballs I have had. Although I'm afraid I had to knock one star off because when I said to the waiter I was interested in getting a dessert, themselves and other staff seemed to loose interest in coming back to our table to take our order for this. The restaurant didn't get much busier during our time here, would understand more if it got much busier. Ended up waiting around 30-40 minutes, then decided to pay the bill and leave as we were short for time. Fairly good experience overall, but a dessert would have been nice.

Quick seating. Amazing service and friendly. Exactly the service I expect from a restaurant. Great selection of Italian food. Meat feast pizza well worth the price. Gelato and latte were good.

We came around 4 in the afternoon and there was only a few staff about. The manager took us to our seats and we ordered immediately. Our orders took a while, especially the dessert. The chocolate brownies are recommended. The prices are middle range and affordable.

I was here a couple of weeks ago and I was really impressed with the service we received and all of the allergen information available. Our server was very happy to check everything over with the chef re our order. I have coeliac disease and my daughter has a few allergies, so this sort of service is very important to us. We had a lovely meal and we felt safe eating here. Thank you!

Excellent for Coeliacs as my cheeseburger was delicious. We had booked a table but arrived early due to the bad weather. My cheeseburger came with a Gluten free flag so it was easily identified. The lemon cheesecake which was a new addition to the dessert menu for coeliacs was also delicious and a real treat.

Fantastic night out! Food was lovely and came out fast. The staff were so sweet and caring, very accommodating. We were looked after by Cher, so funny and hospitable! So friendly and welcoming! The toilets were in good shape, the accessible and other toilets had really nice interior. Atmosphere was good, music was at the perfect volume! I really recommend the espresso martini and the brushetta.

The customer service and knowledge in this restaurant is second to none the waiters and waitresses always have a smile of their face and are really patient and understanding when listening to concerns or have a question about the menu or dietary requirements. I would recommend this restaurant for birthdays or staff nights out and the atmosphere is buzzing. I also like how clean the place is and the toilets are always clean and smelling fresh

I visited Bella Italia on Monday, it's the first time I've been to this particular one since it's quite newly opened. The atmosphere was lovely, with music playing and plenty of tables and booths to choose from. We were there at 1.30 and although there was a few people there we were seated straight away by the really friendly waitress who couldn't do enough for us. There was plenty to choose from on the main menu but there was also a reasonable priced lunch menu. The food arrived quickly and was gorgeous, with good portions. We also had a 40%off main meals voucher which I had from joining the Bella Italia online site and his well worth it because there's always different discounts. I have to say I've never been to a Bella Italia that I've not loved, the food is always amazing and the atmosphere and staff are always warm and welcoming and this one was no different.

Came to Eldon Sq to try the store next to Bella Italia, however found out that they are having their break. Without any hesitation, I made my way in to Bella Italia & settled for their 3 course (£18.95) - starter, main, and dessert For starter, went ahead with Mushroom Crostini, followed by Spaghetti Bolognese for main, and finally, tiramisu for dessert. Crostini was surprisingly good. Simple & creamy sauce with garlic bread and generous amount of mushrooms on top. Bolognese is just good, nothing wow. Tiramisu served at the end was a turn off for sure. Wasnt rich in flavour & lacking of mascarpone or cream - “landslide / canyon”
