Amaysia Restaurant - Newcastle upon Tyne - Photo album

Great food and an exhaustive menu, you cannot not find something. I had the vegetarian mapo tofu with seafood fried rice, dumplings and a seafood soup.
Food is good and the atmosphere is also nice and attractive. Staff is also good. But less attention to customers. Vegetarian food is not properly mentioned. But they have a seperate section for Vegetarian.
Came here to eat with my family and we all loved it. Would definitely come back again to try out some other dishes
Good hygiene and well maintained. Had a bowl of noodles with fried chicken drumstick, the chicken is fried which made this dish a bit greasy. Was expecting some fresh veggies and herbs.
Even though I had a lot of problems with delivery, that caused me to wait for almost 4 hours. But it is definitely worth the wait! I am very impressed with everything, especially the portion, price, and flavours. It's definitely one of the best restaurants! I’m glad I have chosen to wait and get to
This was a really good restaurant! All the food we ordered were absolutely delicious and well presented! We sat at a big round table with a movable centre! There were 7 of us and we ate well for a gold price! Our waitress, Sky, attended to us well and was very caring throughout! Loved our visit here
The fried chicken thigh that's comes with some of the dishes is really good. Light crispy skin and tender and juicy inside. All the rice and noodle dishes we tried were all very tasty. The portions are big. You can't really tell from most of the photos but everything is a bigger portion than you w
One of the good Asian Restaurant in NCL Various kinds of food : Malaysian, Singapore, Chinese
📍Amaysia Restaurant, Newcastle (Chinatown) What's better than having family and warm homely food in a cold country, especially when you're already missing Malaysia? (haha.. I know it's been a short while only, but I really miss Malaysia's food!) The owner of Amaysia happens to be from Penang, and th
We visited on a Saturday afternoon which was fairly quiet. Nice surroundings and polite staff. Large portions and fairly good value.
Family agreed service was swift, incredibly polite and hygiene impeccable. Food and beverages wide ranging and top quality. Loved it from the moment we walked in to saying thanks after a great evening. Slight delay on my order, but they ensured I hadn't been forgotten. Would definitely go again.
Came to the restaurant on a Friday evening. It wasn't busy so it gave the restaurant a quiet atmosphere, pleasant but not giving it a vibrant feel. The staff were pleasant, however, the service felt slow. For example, we had been seated for several minutes before anyone came to take our order.
Nice and cosy restaurant on Chinatown, close to St James Park. Good for the family, Sea Bass meal was nice, likewise the King Prawn Black Sauce. Good night out. You have to book your table though.
I have been here so many times as the food is amazing, its an Asian fusion. The menu has pictures of the food and drinks so you know what your getting. The portions are huge and flavoursome. My fave is the stewed lamd curry noodle soup, stewed beef with noodles and black bean crispy noodles. All
Tasty food and friendly service! Came here on a Wednesday evening for the hainannese chicken but was unfortunately sold out. I had beef tendon and brisket with rice and a red bean iced drink. The food is flavourful, portion is big for an affordable price. The tendon is soft almost melts in your mout
