Had a Just Eat delivery again tonight.. arrived on time and piping hot! I got Aam Tikka Podina, tikka pieces in a lime mango sorta tandoori sauce.. was lovely with the bread dipped in it. Also had the meat samosas which were absolutely beautiful, would highly recomend!! As for the tandoori mixed grill main.. i would give it a 2 out of 5 because everything was absolutely caked in tandoori sauce and i could hardly tell the difference what meat was what in reguards to flavour 😪 bit of a let down tbh but as ive said them meat samosas were tasty! 👌😁👍

I went to Rajnagar Bangladeshi kitchen today and found that the food is too good to miss. I can easily rate its food the best Indian/Pakistani/Bangladeshi cuisine that you would have tried so far. I had ordered Mottor Paneer, Shag Paneer, 2 Naans and Veg Pulao. I just loved every single dish that I had here and relished the food to it's fullest. On top of that the total price that I paid for this dinner, which was more than enough for 2 people, was 27 pounds. I don't think any other restaurants would serve you such good food and that too at such a low price. Couldn't recommend it more!!!

Best chicken tikka masala we have ever had. We found a new dish that we had never seen anywhere before, so we thought let's give it a try, the dish was called Murgh Mango (Aromatic chicken tikka cooked with mango and mild spices, finished with fresh cream and almonds) let me tell you all now we were not disappointed by it either as it now is our favourite dish taking over from chicken tikka masala. Staff are fantastic also very friendly and respectful. It's not a question of will we be back but a question of when will we be back. Can't wait ....

Just back from our latest venture here, I think it was our 5th visit. I had a madras hot, chicken tikka masala and my better half had a Bangali fish curry. We had sides of mushroom pelau, peshawari naan and spicy chips. As well as the above we had a pickle tray and poppadoms. The food, as always, was on another level. The heat was just right, the chicken juicey and the sides were perfect. The staff were friendly and attentive and our meals arrived in good time. All our food came to around 27 quid!! You take your own drink so we popped to Aldi for a bottle of wine before we got there, happy times. I would definitely recommend and we'll definitely be back.

Great food and excellent service. I had the Thali and my son had the Chicken Tikka Masala, so much food that we could have probably shared the Thali as it had Chicken Tikka Masala as one of the dishes. Highly recommended.

Always come here for an Indian take away. The food is nice 9 times out of 10. The spicy chips are really nice too, and home cooked. Plenty of options on the menu. We usually use uber eats and it's often on discount there.

Simply excellent, very attentive staff who didn't mind having a chat while waiting for our next course. The food was excellent and I was very surprised with the bill at the end of the night, very reasonably priced for the amount we had eaten. We will definitely be returning very soon.

Nestled in the vibrant heart of town, Rajnagar Indian Restaurant offers a sensory journey through the rich tapestry of Indian cuisine. I recently had the pleasure of dining at this establishment and was enchanted by the diverse flavors, warm ambiance, and attentive service. Here is my heartfelt review of Rajnagar Indian Restaurant. Upon entering, I was greeted by a welcoming atmosphere that exuded an inviting blend of modern elegance and traditional charm. The soft lighting and tasteful decor set the stage for an intimate dining experience. The staff was courteous, promptly seating us and providing knowledgeable recommendations from their extensive menu. To commence our culinary exploration, we ordered the assorted tandoori platter as an appetizer. The platter showcased an assortment of marinated meats and vegetables, expertly grilled in a traditional clay oven. The chicken tikka was succulent and infused with smoky flavors, while the seekh kebabs offered a delightful blend of spices and a slight char. Each bite was a tantalizing preview of the culinary journey that awaited us. Moving on to the main course, we opted for a selection of dishes that showcased the breadth and depth of Indian cuisine. The chicken tikka jalfrizi, a timeless classic, exceeded all expectations. The velvety tomato-based gravy embraced tender pieces of chicken tikka, creating a harmonious symphony of flavors that left me craving for more. The lamb korai, a signature sylhety delicacy, was a revelation. The melt-in-your-mouth meat, infused with aromatic spices, was a testament to the chef's skill and attention to detail. To accompany our meal, we savored the naan bread, opting for the garlic naan and tandoori roti varieties. The naan bread was impeccably prepared, with a soft and fluffy interior complemented by a tantalizing crispness on the outside. The garlic naan had just the right amount of pungency, while the tandoori roti added a touch of indulgence to each bite. Rajnagar Indian Restaurant impressed me with its commitment to authenticity, as well as its willingness to innovate and experiment with flavors. The attention to detail in each dish was evident, and the flavors were impeccably balanced. The prices were reasonable, considering the quality and portion sizes. In conclusion, Rajnagar Indian Restaurant is a culinary gem that offers an exceptional dining experience. With its captivating flavors, warm ambiance, and attentive service, it stands out as a testament to the beauty and diversity of Indian cuisine. Whether you are a seasoned connoisseur or new to Indian food, a visit to Rajnagar is sure to leave you with a lasting impression and a desire to return for more gastronomic adventures.

Good traditional dishes. Unpretentious and nice food. Won’t revolutionise the way you look at Bengal food - but still a very nice curry with different flavours to other types of curries.
