The Teahouse - Newcastle upon Tyne - Photo album

Lovely relaxing calm atmosphere. Right in the heart of st thomas church and monument 1917 statue and memorial place. As well round the corner is free entry north museum. The service was pleasant and friendly. Two floor plenty of space, toilet facilities. The value of price is reasonable good. Worth
Can never go wrong with a dot bagel! The cake was also excellent and my mother thought the tea selection was fantastic but disappointed they weren’t served in bigger mugs. Service was a little rushed and unfriendly but it is a very busy location
Food is incredible (dog bagels need more outlets in the North East!!) amazing selection of teas, but the coffee is a bit average. Service was friendly but slow and forgetful.
My grandma and I visited Claremont Teahouse for the first time since it took over Quilliams and we loved it! We sat in a nice little corner away from everyone else and it had a big window to look out of - one of the things I love about the building. There were a wide range of teas to choose from - I
Great selection of teas and nice food for a really good price.
Lovely place, service and atmosphere. Love my French toast with banana. My friend vegan pancakes were a bit hard. Excellent coffee!
Food and drinks were great. We only cakes, but the food looked marvellous. The cafe / restaurant was busy, most tables were taken. Service was a little slow due to how busy they were. I am glad that we visited and highly recommend a visit.
Lovely place with some great ideas, we visited on the first day of it opening, it was busy but the waitress saved us a table. The food was good and well presented the range of tea was amazing also the egg timer was a nice little touch. The only thing we found is that our order was wrong but we just
Lovely place to eat with a huge selection of different teas to drink also coffee.
Lovely staff and a huge selection of teas. Delicious cake and treats. Great place to meet a friend or spend some time working!
The atmosphere is great and there is a big variety of teas and drinks, the Cafe is big and nicely decorated. There is quite a few selections of food as well but the reason I put 4 stars is because the food was not as good as I thought and it could be a lot better.
Serving over 60 loose teas (and other drinks if tea is not your thing) there'll be something you like. Me, I always like an Earl Gray and he enjoyed his Darjeeling but think he enjoyed his cake more. 🎂 Plenty of choice on food front too including breakfast. Upstairs was pretty full so we went downs
Loved it, lots of choice for breakfast brunch or just a snack. Huge list of teas available. Highly recommend the salt on chilli road bagel absolutely delicious.
Amazing coffee and food, plus great atmosphere and service. Super friendly staff despite how busy it is. Can't hold how busy it is against them when they've only just opened and they haven't opened downstairs yet.
Seated downstairs, initially was quite a long wait for our order and subsequently for drinks to arrive (hence 4 star Vs 5). The food was great, the table adjacent ordered bagels which looked amazing but we just had some snack bits which tasted awesome. We used to come when it was QB, one thing that
A dog friendly cafe that I come to again and again. A large selection of teas to try, the savoury food is delicious, and the sweet treats are massive, making them great value and ideal for sharing. Service can be slow at times, but all the positives make it worth it. I am already planning my next vi
