Went for Mother's Day. Glad we booked a table because it was busy. The service was good, and staff were friendly and attentive. Food was delicious, well presented and filling.
Atmosphere was nice, despite it being a rainy day, everyone was in good spirits.

Both were really nice, notably the rice that cane with the moussaka was very fragrant and savory
The service was not as good as the food unfortunately. One of the servers was not friendly, which got worse when the place got more busy.
Still, I'd recommend this place for the food alone
The lunch meal deal was very impressive. I ordered a patlican for starter and chicken shish for main. The chick peas with pomegranate seed tasted smoothly and sour ( I’m a huge fan of sour flavor lol). Chicken shish was also tasty. Turkish coffee was in a very small cup and also tasted very smoothly. Importantly! The naan bread was the best one I’ve ever had! Soft but chewy. Generally speaking, everything was spot on. Highly recommended 😆

I came to Newcastle from London to visit some family.
My mum's Friend who is a Local suggested us this place so we decided to take our guests here for dinner.
We were greeted by Moaz who looked after my that evening.
He was amazing!
We both spoke the same language (Arabic) though the rest of my party didn't, He recommended us the mixed grill platters and Cold Mezze platter.
Both the Cold Mezze and mixed grill were amazing!
The starters were delicious, the main was hot, succulent, soft and also met the dietary requirements made by my mother.
Moaz was an amazing host, he looked after my mums specific Dietary requirement, he made sure the food we order will be plenty for our party.
Him and I spoke for a bit and it was really nice to be welcomed by his warm, friendly attitude.
After our meal, He was ready with the Kahwa and even got us some desserts on the house
His hospitality was amazing!!!
As we were about to leave, When paying there was no service charge, So I asked that I would like to tip as a small gesture of gratitude, and He REFUSED. It was a long back and forth between him and I but he was adamant.
Only For Him and His hospitality I will Drive from London to Newcastle again!
Must go for food, but you will miss the hospitality as its rare.

Had a lovely meal with my family for my sons 30th. I'd never been before. The food was fantastic, staff very friendly and attentive. Lovely small place, we went at 1pm and it was busy.
Would go back and recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat.
I was visiting Newcastle for a meeting and found this little gem located in around China Town and near St James stadium.
Food tasted nice and portion sizes were good. Definitely recommend and will visit again
Beautiful food, a real gem in the city. Lovely friendly staff and very nice decor. A range of people eating here from a large group to people eating on their own. Everyone catered for.
Food was absolutely outstanding again as always. And such incredible value on the 2 course lunch menu. This is one of my favourite places to come for a lunch out as you can always count on brilliant food, service and atmosphere. They are very good when it comes to allergies and everything tastes so fresh and delicious! I have been coming for years and never once been disappointed!
The first time I came to this restaurant, it was very delicious! Very delicious! The service was also excellent! A waiter named Ahmed had a very good attitude towards us. To be honest, when you drive to Newcastle, you must come to this restaurant for a meal. Next time, I will bring more friends!

We wanted a table late on a Saturday night. Staff agreed readily without a fuss. We were allowed to stay as long as we wanted.
Food was good. Plenty of vegetarian and vegan choices. Service was prompt, courteous and friendly.
Walls are painted or covered in red wall paper. Beautiful Turkish lamps cover the ceiling giving a middle Eastern vibe.
Had a Just Eat delivery from here.. it arrived on time, still hot and well packaged! I ordered the mixed grill and the mixed pickle. The Mixed Grill was absolutely delicious, all meats were cooked to perfection with a nice chargrilled taste to them and the rice was actually delicious on its own, both together were a tasty pleasant meal for one. 5 stars plus from me as the taste was magic 👍😁👌

Close to local bus service and about 5 minute walk from metro. You can also drive into Newcastle and use car park close by. On entering you are greeted by friendly staff, the place is clean and tidy, so are the toilets. The food is really nice and so is the drinks. It is great value for money. I will return with friends or my family again soon😊

Excellent food, portion sizes are not small. Best calamari I've had. Inexpensive dishes. Such friendly and welcoming staff. What a fab experience. Even though we were so full we couldn't eat it all, we were offered a semolina and cream dessert and then Turkish Delight. "Mauza" ( sorry if the spelling is incorrect ) made us feel very, very welcome. If I didn't live in Lancashire, I would be back in a hurry.
Fantastic food, served by brilliant friendly and helpful staff, we had the hot mezze sharing plate, the quality and quantity of the food was brilliant. My partner had the mixed grill and said the lamb chop was the nicest chop he’d ever eaten. Upon the recommendation of the lovely waitress, I had the moussaka, it was amazing.
Been to a few Turkish and Lebanese places around Newcastle, this has gotta be the tastiest. The meats are flavoured and cooked perfectly, chilli and garlic sauces are spot on👌
The staff are also lovely and friendly, food is priced well. Will definately be going back!
