Thali Tray is a great venue for an evening out. The food is good, as is the drink. The service is fine too - happy, friendly, helpful staff! Apart from that, it's refreshing to find a restaurant in Newcastle that charges sensible prices for a serious amount of good food.

10/10 food, the portion sizes are very satisfying, and there is so much variety on the tray - you get to choose two different types of curry, naan, and rice, plus a couple more things on the sides.
