Fast service from the gent on front desk, who suggested a better promo to save some money.

Amazing pizza every time. We always send our order in over the internet and go to pick it up. Last time I went in I arrived early and was told that they were just taking my pizza from the oven. Unfortunately they came back a few seconds later saying it had been dropped and a new larger pizza would be cooked for me in its place. I only waited a few minutes for this second pizza to be ready, and it arrived only shortly after the first one should have been ready for pick up. I got a larger pizza than I paid for within a perfectly acceptable time. Keep up the great food and great service

Never have any problems. Sure it's the usual slightly greasy Dominos but that's expected right? Food always decent and delivery always super fast! Always order when they offer 50% off deals

I've never been to a takeaway like this before. The staff are the nicest bunch of people I've ever encountered. Always ready to help you with everything you need and even shared my sense of humour. My request of scattering the toppings instead of neatly arranging was fulfilled. Cheaper options available to me were clearly explained every time I've been, such as deals or combo boxes. Feels very much customer service oriented here, and I like this. Every time I've been, the speed has been incredible. No standing around, no chatting, straight to work. I've had silly amount of pizza from this place, at least once a week in what seems like a decade and they seem be insane about how accurate they are. Orders always spot on. I guess a flaw I see whenever I go in is that there could be a larger waiting area. Bench big enough for 2 people so if more people are there then you have to stand around. I really want my own personal chair in there, I'll try tagging that on my next order and see how it goes. You aren't normally waiting long though so its no big deal. In fact, the best thing about going in is the little fold up things they have next to the menu for you to take that has all the allergen info on. I'm not going to ask anywhere about allergen info, I'll just not have something if I can't find the info online and that's a lot of effort, so I really like this. Parking. I always park behind and I don't know if its free. I've never got a ticket and always park there but it isn't labelled (maybe it is and I've never looked since the first time) but you can park there no problem. I used to be a Papa Johns man but quite honestly they have gone downhill. Its all about dominos. Its all about Newcastle dominos. Oh, the one in Clydebank Scotland is also great but I've not been there enough to review it properly. Stick to Newcastle either way, that one is too far away.
