Fantastic, friendly traditional pub. Great real ale selection, and a reall nice atmosphere.
Had dad's post- funeral get together here. Ladies put on a great spread. Thank you so much for making us all feel welcome
An excellent friendly pub,great range of fine cask ales, especially hop back brewery, lovely friendly staff,in camra 2023 good beer guide, well worth a visit

The hanging flower basket outside this is very well looked after Pub clean inside.
Real Ale served and good selection a good pint too.

I'm ashamed to say that I've passed this pub 1000+ times in my 54 years and never called in.(It's midway between 2 destinations in my life(
It's a traditional locals pub, met with a friendly greeting and beer advice, and a wide range of beers(many Hopback).
Should have been sooner.
