Good quality coffee.
Staff are helpful but busy periods could see them a bit flustered and making small errors for orders.
Setting is great and radiates comfort and ease with all the leather chairs, but the lack of a counter or station to put your used mugs/plates/cutlery means some tables are left to be cleaned - adding strain to staff workload.
It's worth having a loyalty card if you are planning on going a few times. Some comfortable sofas scattered about. They serve a decent hot beverage.

Friendly staff and good coffee and muffin. Nice and relaxed atmosphere. Popular on a Saturday morning.

Nero's coffee tops them all in my eyes. This place has decent seating outside and a nice atmosphere inside. Great selection of cakes. It's also dog friendly :)

Update: slight improvement but still more tables required pls.
I like Nero but there is never a place to sit. Always packed with people who seem to stay there for hours. Get more tables and open up the upstairs too.
