Some of my food was charred to much.(chicken) Rest of the food was lovely. However the wait for over an hour after ordering was abit much and same with getting desserts rather slow.
Bought my 3 year old to celebrate her birthday, staff went above and beyond putting little hats and sweets out. She had a wonderful time with family. Staff were excellent and really deserve some credit. I'll definitely be back. Thankyou so much for making a little girl have a great birthday
Stayed on our way back to Scotland. My daughter is coeliac and struggles to get food anywhere. However they had a full range of gluten free food for breakfast. My daughter was delighted. The chef and the staff were so helpful. Absolutely made our trip. Well done Brewers fayre
I am really impressed with the service we receive in The Redwood, Brewers fayre, the staff are lovely and helpful.. Helen is very conscientious and friendly, in fact Helen, Becky, Beth and Gabbie go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. I've been coming here with my grandson and we always enjoy o
Stayed at the premier inn and had breakfast at the Brewers Fayre. Helen was amazing. Went above and beyond for myself and my kids. Breakfast was superb. And I’ve had a lot of BF breakfasts! Thank you Helen and team!
This is a lovely clean & spacious restaurant. We have breakfast here regularly, Always freshly cooked & to any preference. Staff always busy but very attentive, Lesley especially very welcoming & On this occasion assisted by Jade, who also was very busy but pleasant & welcoming. Both giving excelle
Brilliant breakfasts, excellent choice of English and continental! For the price it's absolutely fantastic! What truly sets it apart from other places is that children eat free.
Had my daughters birthday party here tonight. Helen was brilliant, couldn't do enough for us. Would highly recommend
We have breakfast here regularly. The food is excellent & plentiful, my compliments to Mick the chef who always cooks my eggs bang on how i ask for them, to my liking. Also the staff serving, Beth & especially Lesley who always is extremely busy but gives excellent service with a customer focused at
We went for breakfast. Quality was pretty good overall. Good selection of food on the breakfast buffet - full English, continental, cereals, etc. Service was good. Great value if you have kids, as kids eat for free (two children per full paying adult).
Another fabulous experience at The Redwood. Fantastic front of house service from Lesley and Jade. And beautiful freshly cooked food (inc. black pudding 😂) from Mick which was served in less than the time it took for the toaster to cook the toast. Can't fault the quality and £10 for all you can eat
I had my daughters 6th birthday party at the Brewers play area. Helen was fantastic and very helpful before and during the party! Great time had by all ⭐️
Brought the kids to the play area for a treat. The lady in charge (Helen I think) was fantastic very helpful and friendly. Great service and the play area was kept very clean.
I have been staying here for the past 3 weeks with work. I have to say that without exception, everyone of the staff are very friendly. I and greeted every morning at breakfast by Lesley who does A great job and Beth is always running round working very hard serving the food, always with a friendl
Long waits to be seated and the place really wasn't busy. Then waited just as long for th3 food to come out. We all only had burgers. Tbh it wasn't worth the wait.
Been twice in a fortnight. Coming from over 20 miles away for a specialist itemised local shop. Getting breakfast here and not stopping anywhere else means this place has something going for it. In and out in an hour well fed for £20, good food cooked well. Three satisfied people.
