Bert's - Newcastle-under-Lyme - Photo album

Had the large English breakfast(£9), the food was decent quality with thick bacon and meaty sausages but overall nothing special though. Staff were really friendly and the service was excellent.
The best food I've had in a long long time, service is great, staff are helpful and it's very nice inside. Not what I expected when viewing from the outside but a very nice surprise!
Shaun Walker was a brill entertainer, the Gin and beer were both well priced and well served! We will be back for food for sure- the breakfast menu looks amazing! 🤤
A very friendly bar, staff are good, You can have tab or pay as you go. The night we went they had live entertainment "A tribute to Elvis" it was a brill night.
Awesome food, great setting and lovely staff
Nice large establishment in the heart of Newcastle. Serves lots of continental European beers with a reasonable price tag. Food is artisan and of good quality. Service is friendly with attentive staff. Overall a good place to visit if you have a group and are adults, although children are welcome t
I think this place is amazing. I'll start by saying the salsa you get with the food is some of the best I've tried, you also get a pickle along with the burger which was a nice touch. The fries are really clean and tasty. I had the jerk chicken burger which was delicious. Highly recommend this place
Bert's provide an excellent selection of beers to wash down some tasty grub. It's certainly not the healthiest food in the world, but it's full of flavour. This place provides a very relaxed setting and I have always received impeccable and friendly customer service. They also provide some vegetaria
They have good good food all day long and a big selection of specialist beers with their own fancy glasses! I've eaten there for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food is always good. I like the American diner styling but there's limited space for large crowds because most of the seating is in boo
Lovely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Really nice atmosphere and the food is delicious. My only negative is there is no obvious signage outside. If I hadn't spotted the menu in the window I would of walked straight past thinking it was a wine bar.
Nice clean place, chilled atmosphere. Welcoming friendly Staff. A little bit of a wait for the food but it's well worth the wait - Excellent quality, cooked to perfection - delicious!
Would give the place 5 stars but the waitresses are sometimes a little slow, and the fries that go with the burger are a bit on the small side now, other than that, great food always, great beers, fantastic milkshakes and friendly service, love the place! The place has changed in some ways o er the
This place is the best restaurant in Newcastle-under-Lyme for breakfast. Whether it's a traditional English breakfast or American style breakfast pancakes this place has it covered. Very friendly and welcoming staff, the food is served quickly and they use quality ingredients. Great range of teas an
Love this place you need to try their Mexican eggs
Very pleasant friendly staff. Really clean. Only called in for a cuppa and sat outside on the covered terrace. Smokers enjoy this area. The food look's appetizing and well presented
The food is excellent, really impressed with my first visit. Brilliant selection of milkshakes and also local ales and beers from a far...it does become busy at peak times...so be prepared to wait a short time for a table.
Always great food, the staff are nice and the beer is strong, but you do pay a premium for that, not alot but still. Would highly recommend going here before you catch a film or head out on a night out.
