What a fab pub! The food was absolutely delicious, large portions and very tasty. There was also a wide range of meals to suit even the most pickiest of people! And the service was outstanding. We'll definitely be going there again.

For a first time, it was perfect. The food was delicious and thank you for "the doggy bag" as you call it in English, being French I did not know the expression, you learn something every day. The service and the ambiance were good. I will go again.

Our first time at the wagon and horses after lots of recommendations we eventually went for a meal and how tasty it was ,the chips were the best I've had whilst eating out . Would definitely recommend in fact we've booked for Sunday lunch it was so nice 👍

We visited Saturday 20 May 2023. This was a hot day and it was nice and cool inside. I had braised steak, chips and veg. This was delicious and the chips were yummy!. Really, really nice local spot. Very cosy and homely atmosphere, the staff are absolutely lovely. The food is delicious pub grub, and honestly, I’m shocked by how affordable it is. Great selection and pricing of drinks. One of the most enjoyable pub visits I’ve ever had, a true gem.
