John Lewis is the best store in parkway! I brought a nespresso coffee machine and was looking at apple laptops and the friendly staff help with all of my quires.
Decent range of products. As an At Home store more limited than a large main department store but still good selection. Cafe quite small but ok. Family room is very useful for young children/babies. Could do with another baby change room ideally.
There's a lot to like about this shop. The staff are massively friendly, and come across as genuine. This makes a nice change in the electronics department in particular. Items can sometimes be found online cheaper, but not by a huge amount. Cafe is about as expensive as M&S, with a similar quality.
Faultless store as you all know. However, we had their home design service and Jo was our personal designer who has been amazing for the entire process. These 5 stars go to her and i trust JL can pass them on :-)
Walked into John Lewis today looking for Christmas tea towels. I spotted a guy called Jamie pushing a trolley and asked him if you had any. He moved his trolley to one side and walked me through the shop to where the tea towels were. Very helpful and polite, its people like him that give the shop a
Stellar customer service. Ordered a TV online and there were screws missing from the box. Went to the shop in town and within minutes had the screws I needed. No hassle service! Would highly recommend.
The staff were great despite me venturing in on a saturday. The layout is good (although the areas could be clearer). Credit should be given the chap selling the Nespresso machines. Talked me through all the options, and explained the differences between the vertuo and the classic nespresso machines
One of the best shop in town, the best place for buying electronics and gadgets, staff for home or gift. The staff is very friendly and professional at all times. Also they have a cafe that is good fot taking a rest, definitely worth a visit.
