The lads serving on the day were great! They were polite and pretty prompt for bringing food and glasses etc, salad bar was looking a little flat and place was generally pretty clean, but still managed to feel a little...sticky but pizzas were good (as expected) and our 2 and half year old enjoyed himself so all in all a pretty good meal time!
Pizza was fantastic as always! And they sang happy birthday for my friend! They also have a water machine which is a huge plus for me!
I was generally impressed, ever other time I have been to a pizza hut, it has been the worst experience I have ever had with pizza.
However, in a change of course, I really liked the food. Although our pizzas were so drained in oil I thought the Americans were going to invade, the base could barely hold its own weight and the crust was sadly soft and not crunchy as was expected.
The theming of the resurtant was more left in the 80s rather then themed by the 80s, you can feel this in the fading wallpaper and wall art. This being said I love an 80s theme, this one just didn't sit well.
The staff seemed very on point and whlist we where waiting a while on food and drinks for awhile. Everyone was friendly and straight to the point.
I would have never come back to a pizza hut if it wasn't for my girlfriend, this experience has changed my mind... For now
Very friendly staff and tasty pizza. Went above and beyond to ensure that dietary needs were met and had a long chat with the lovely front of house staff. However our order which had been placed on the phone had not been written down correctly, so after we turned up to collect our order we then had to wait for our pizzas to be cooked to ensure they were correct. The diligence was appreciated, yet would not have been necessary if more care was taken initially.
OK, pizza hut is pizza hut. Comfort food but pretty standard. But, the staff here were great and really looked after us when we were disappointed that restaurant had to shut early and we could only get take-out. In the end, not disappointed at all! Thanks guys!
Had a takeaway family meal which was actually really nice compared to previous visits. Pizzas taste much better! Sides are very pricey and small though for what you get. But happy nonetheless. Keep up the good work.
Visited for dinner as part of granddaughter's birthday treat.
Food was well presented and not too long to wait. Grandchildren lived it - particularly being able to make their own ice cream sundae.
The only downside was the length of time we stood at the door to wait to be seated. We were told they were short staffed.
Would certainly visit again.
The food is hot and tasty. The staff are efficient and friendly. They are thankfully very good with children here. There is a comprehensive desert option where you can almost literally "fill your boots"! Seating however I find cramped particularly in the seating circle. Having sat here I was glad to escape!

The Gluten Free menu has a wide range available which is good when you want to join a party but have food restrictions.
The gluten free pizza base is very tasty and staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.
I had to request the allergens booklet and it was promptly delivered and food was cooked accordingly with our needs. A 10/10 on this!
The salad bar could have been better as well as various salad dressings being empty or running out.
A well done to the young lady who served our table with a positive attitude and a smile. We praise her patience, as we had to run through every food option in order to allow one of us to have a dinner out with the rest of us without a serious allergy incident.
Well done to the Newbury Pizza Hut restaurant for being a safe place for the Coeliac warriors.
We had a great meal at Newburys restaurant. Our waiter Conner was outstanding he made sure we had everything we needed and had us feel very comfortable. Very very happy.

Not been to a Pizza Hut in a few years. Food as it should be. Covid safe. Chris our server was very attentive, very accommodating, great at what he does. A very nice lunch all round.
Food is very nice(and plenty of it), staff very friendly and paying attention to clients needs. Se were a group of 7, and even though the place was very busy they made sure that we were welcomed and everything suit to our needs. We were about to be seated to the circle chair(wich we thought it should be fine) but then we have been asked rather to wait 5min(and that's all it was) to get a long table as would be difficult for us to acces the bar from the circle chair. Very nice and thoughtful! The unlimited ice cream is the best idea, both adults and children! :)
