Fast food at reasonable prices. Always the same good quality. But I don't like using those ordering machines!! Perhaps it is an age thing...
when I entered the establishment on Saturday I was greeted by a wonderful gentleman by the name of callum. he was very kind and considerate. when I told him that my order was incorrect he made sure to fix his colleagues mistake by swiftly giving me the rest of my order. this has given me such a positive view on the restaurant and I would like to share my postivie experience with the world. it doesn't stop there. when I clumsily spilt my drink callum jumped at the sight of it with a mop in hand like a superhero.
What can I say - It’s a McDonalds! This one is relatively clean, bright and open.
The ordering screens at the entrance are double sided, which not everyone realises - sometimes leading to a bigger queue than really necessary.
Handily there is a kids play zone upstairs, which while small, is tucked away enough that you can let little ones safely work off some energy while waiting for food.
Standard McDonald's... generally OK, clean, correct order, hot food. Resolve issues when when asked. Uber Eats / Just Eat drivers all push to the front where you are waiting and there isn't much room to wait as it is.
Food came quickly and tasted great. Not much more I can leave in this review other than this is a great McDonald's!
LOVE a Big Mac, I know this order is pretty strange for me it's the best, but.. I did ask but extra gherkins but they didn't give me any at all which was a big sad note.
I always love to eat at McDonald's it's my best anytime and day. The service was very quick considering the crowd I meant in the shop that very day.
Strategically situated on the Belgium to the Netherlands highway it actually brings comfort to the travelling public
Always polite and very helpful. Had my food ready within a couple of minutes, what more can you ask for.
I may be wrong but I didn't seem to see customers toilets, few staff available where too busy to offer adequate service
Great service at this McDonald's in Newbury. They were quite busy at this time, only had to wait 5 minutes for our food to be prepared. Friendly staff, clean restaurant.
Standard McD. They have extra seating upstairs too. You can get the food delivered to your table as well in this outlet. I felt that burger size could have been a little bigger. The taste is okay but could have been better.
Queues long waiting for food, people stood in way of screens, I find the food always good and the shakes are very good when machine works
